Le Rayon - Bel appt dans le centre de BDX

We really liked it because it feels like the photos, and it’s very spacious. We also liked that it has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We also really enjoyed that there was fresh water in the fridge when we arrived—that was such a lovely touch.

What we missed is that there was nothing to hang clothes, and no place to leave them so they don’t end up all wrinkled in the suitcase. Also, there aren’t enough bowls for breakfast, and the hair dryer is missing—there’s a box with the diffuser, but not the hair dryer. Additionally, the curtains need adjusting: they fall down, and the curtain rod is crooked. Another issue is that the bedroom with the orange accent wall doesn’t have a curtain that blocks the light enough, so it would be a good idea to add another curtain there.

It was in a great location within walking distance of Bordeaux centre and all tram and buses. The size of the apartment was good as were the showers and the comfortable beds

L'hébergement était grand et agréable, bien décoré et propre. Le fait qu'il y a ait 3 chambres et 2 sdb était appréciable. Proximité du centre-ville à pied, mais possibilité aussi d'y aller via le bus (24) dont l'arrêt est à 5 min à pied. Les équipements sont assez complets.

Je suis très déçue qu'il n'y ait pas la clim dans un appartement entièrement rénové comme celui-ci (effectivement j'aurais dû le voir): nous sommes arrivés en pleine canicule (42°C) pour 3 jours et la chaleur était particulièrement étouffante dans l'appartement. Avec la mise à disposition d'1 seul ventilateur pour 3 chambres, compliqué de rafraîchir quoique ce soit...ouvrir les fenêtres était également compliqué car l'1 des chambres donnant sur rue, le bruit des voitures passant à vitesses variées rendait le sommeil très compliqué... Les chambres disposaient de rideaux peu occultants voire de moitiés de paires de rideaux...ce qui nous obligeait à un réveil très matinal. Manque d'aération dans les toilettes, certaines finitions laissant à désirer (encadrements portes, tringles à rideaux,etc). La mise à disposition de bols serait un plus. Attention aussi si vous venez en voiture, compliqué de se garer de façon prolongée dans la rue à Bordeaux et les parkings sont peu sûrs et très sales...
