Cozy, colorful and clean house with two bedrooms, one bathroom, with kitchen to the living.

Spacious House with garage (one small car can fit ) in the heart of Bordeaux.
- Japanese garden (table and chairs). A little piece of countryside in the city center.
- Renovated in 2005.
- Two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds
- Living room is oriented to the West with beautiful light and overlooks the garden.
- Kitchen fully equipped (oven, hob, coffee machine, microwave, cooker, toaster) and has all utensils and dishes for making delicious meals.
- Bathroom with a large shower (150x90cm), a basin, all the necessary storage and a large mirror.
- Toilets are separated
- Hairdryer, ded linen and towels are provided.
Are available, a computer and flat screen TV. A broadband connection and wifi are available to facilitate your visit and your communications.
The nearest Tram station is at 500m, stopping Hotel police line A which takes you directly to the City Center.
Rent a bike: A good way to discover the city and its surroundings, the VCub, biking in the city, VLib in Paris. Two bike stations are self-service side.
Passenger access
Television, internet, dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker. The TBM website tells you how to get there by public transportation.
Sheets & towels provided.

NO CLEANING FEE BUT:
When you leave, the apartment must be left clean and tidy: trash cans thrown away, kitchen and dishes clean, dishwasher emptied, fridge and freezers emptied, vacuum cleaner, toilet cleaned, sheets removed from the beds (except mattress protectors)
If the apartment is returned dirty, an additional charge of 65€ will be requested.
You can ask to pay the cleaning fee in advance.
