You will be seduced by its assets: high ceilings, stone walls, ceiling moldings, imitation marble fireplaces, renovated old parquet flooring, new bedding and furniture, double glazing, 4 balconies, 1 with table and armchairs, large fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, jacuzzi
🏡 The accommodations are very spacious: the rooms are large and the high ceilings give a real feeling of space. It is also very bright even facing North-East, thanks to its very large windows without vis-à-vis.
Ideal for a family, two couples, or friends, with its new bedding, its large fully equipped kitchen, its 2 bathrooms.
🚃 Located in the popular district of Chartrons, it is 20 minutes from the TGV station by tram C, 10 minutes from the historic city center by tram C or B or bus. 20 minutes from the airport by taxi.
To make your life easier, visit the superb addresses located a stone's throw from the apartment: the Panoche bakery 🥐, the grocery store La Vie de Quartier 🍅, the Fromagerie de Pierre 🧀, and many other small food shops as well as a mini-market open until 10 p.m. 100 meters away. To visit 5 minutes on foot: Rue Notre Dame, the Halles des Chartrons, the quays of the Garonne. 10 minutes walk: the public garden. 2 tram stops away: the Cité du Vin, the Halles de Bacalan.

The apartment is my main residence, we want to have responsible and careful travellers.

- The jacuzzi can have strong smells of humidity
- The apartment adjoins a noisy street and even with double glazing, people with light sleepers can be disturbed. Earplugs are provided in the apartment.
- The switch to turn on the light in the common areas is tricky to activate from the first floor.
