Its real strength lies in its magnificent landscaped exterior, totally unsuspected from the street, which allows you to enjoy the sunny days in complete privacy. As soon as you enter, you discover a welcoming and bright atmosphere where the charm of exposed stone meets a colorful and retro decoration.
Note: although the apartment and its garden offer a real break, we are in the city center. The environment remains urban and can therefore include city noises.

• The Wooden Terrace: Equipped with a full garden furniture to share meals, morning coffees or convivial aperitifs in the sun.
• The Outdoor Shower: Ideal for cooling off on beautiful summer days.
• The Landscaped Garden: An area planted with banana trees and exotic plants, with a deckchair and a decorative pond bringing a touch of serenity.

• The Bedroom: A cosy space with a double bed, an exposed stone wall and a real office area, ideal if you have to work from home during your stay.
• The Shower Room: A bright and colourful bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a sink and storage space. (Separate toilet).

A very central location to do everything on foot or by transport, without a car:
• On foot: Place Pey-Berland, Saint-André Cathedral and the pedestrian streets of the historic centre of Bordeaux are only a few minutes away.
• By Tram: Lines in the immediate vicinity to directly reach the Saint-Jean train station or the airport.
