The house was completely renovated in 2013, the garden is lovely with a spa and a barbecue for your evenings after a walk in Bordeaux (city classified by Unesco) or the region (Bay of Arcachon, Dune of Pilat, Saint Emilion - village classified by Unesco, Blaye, the estuary of the Gironde, the wine châteaux ...)

It was as advertised and pictures were accurate. We were met at property and given a tour…
As we are particular about cooking , the kitchen was as it looked in photos. New and clean and top end appliances. Nespresso, induction range, Double ovens.
Having back yard was a must and it didn’t disappoint. A/c in three rooms and fantastic.
If you like to walk a city, perfect location.1.5 km walk to start of the action.
Great grocery store 2 min walk away.

Great space for my husband & me with plenty of room & beautiful back yard. Only 2 blocks from Tram which takes you easily into Bordeaux city center. Everything we could need & more in the well appointed kitchen. Owner was wonderful with good written instructions when we arrived and went over things we might need to know how to operate. We would definitely stay here again.
