La ubicación, muy cerca del tranvia. La plaza de garaje comoda y de muy facil acceso a la casa por el ascensor. La casa muy acogedora y muy completa, tenía de todo ( cocina completísima con horno y microondas) lavadora, plancha, tendedero. La terracita un gustazo para desayunar en ella con baguettes y croissants de la panadería que hay a menos de 2 minutos a pie.
Había muchos mosquitos. Había restos de ceniza de cigarrillo en la terraza, posiblemente de los pisos superiores.

Suite à l évacuation de notre village à cause de l incendie , nous avons pu trouver ce logement . Le propriétaire est formidable , d une gentillesse . L appartement est un havre de paix . Très fonctionnel , bien situé … et réconfortant . Encore merci

C’était très propre, équipement parfait, emplacement super. Calme et confortable.
En été c’est invivable sans climatisation même en soirée. Au minimum, des ventilateurs.

A super appartment - spacious, modern, well-equipped and comfortable. It has a nice leafy terrace looking out onto the grounds of the building. Excellent location in the university district with a variety of restaurants within a short walk and the tram to the centre of the city is at the bottom of the road. The beautiful botanical gardens are just a short walk too. We did not meet the owner but communications were good.
