A super appartment - spacious, modern, well-equipped and comfortable. It has a nice leafy terrace looking out onto the grounds of the building. Excellent location in the university district with a variety of restaurants within a short walk and the tram to the centre of the city is at the bottom of the road. The beautiful botanical gardens are just a short walk too. We did not meet the owner but communications were good.

Estaba al lado del tranvía, por lo que era muy cómodo para desplazarse hasta el centro.
La terraza. No la pudimos disfrutar por la cantidad de mosquitos que había en ella.
