Great, location and lovely place to stay for a young family

My family and I staid here the night before my husband took part in the Cardiff Half Marathon, the location was perfect, right by the train station so we could get into the City easily. Parking and accessing the house itself was also very easy, the instructions from the owner was very clear. We were also pleasantly surprised with how much additional extras were left in the kitchen, such as milk, cereals, bread and other small snacks. This was very appreciated, and while we were unable to use most of it due to our short stay, it was very much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location but very poor standard of cleanliness

Close to everything we wanted to do

Not anywhere near up to the cleanliness standard of other properties we have stayed in. Every room was not cleaned very well In the kitchen all the food was open so you could not trust if it was safe to use Kettle etc was dirty so could not use I have several photos to prove what I have written We left a day early because of the above

Lovely cosy felt like home everything was in good working order

The property had everything we needed which was really good including breakfast items. It felt like home with 2 little kids under 5 it was great that it had a garden as well. It had a drive to park 2 cars on which was convenient. We were also able to check in a hour early with the self check in and Anna was quick to respond to any messages.

No fans at the property. Barry island beach is 10 minute drive or a 25-30 minute walk.

Nice place but needs a good clean.

Nicely presented house in a lovely location. The breakfast selection was thoughtful.

The cleanliness was awful. The table was sticky and had cornflakes underneath it. Hair in the bathroom and in the master bedroom bed. Needs a thorough deep clean.

Perfect getaway

This is a beautiful home, super clean, modern and well stocked with all you could require. It has a lovely garden with seating, All the towels and bedding were very clean - I have no complaints. Easy access and parking and great communication.

A really nice house, well decorated and furnished with plenty of space and a garden to enjoy too with easy parking right by the house. It's a short drive to Barry island although it is possible to walk there too. Good communication with the owner.

Our first choice stay for buisness in Barry.

The property is a new build, great location next to the docks , 2 parking spaces outside the house, very warm , clean tidy and homely feeling. We have stayed in many short stay properties whilst travelling for business and it’s was one of the best we have stayed in. Was pleasantly surprised to find tea, milk coffee sugar , breakfast items and more in the kitchen. Thank you from all the team @ living eco spaces.

A great find, such a lovely property providing a home from home when working away.

Great and clear communication with owner leading up to stay. Property was excellent, a real home from home. Nice and appreciated touch to provide milk, coffee, tea, bread, butter (Marg), jams and cereal for breakfast. Lovely a quiet estate but walkable to amenities. Would recommend and would stay again when I'm next working in the area.

We knew it was a new estate but didn’t realise it was still a building site so a lot of noise first thing in the morning.

Clean, modern accomodation with parking for two cars. 3 rooms ideal for friends and small families.Good location for accessing Cardiff, Barry, Coastal path and South Wales.

Would absolutely 100% hire from Anna again 😁

We liked everything, the house was easily found thanks to Anna’s instructions, it was super clean, very well decorated, great size and had a few amenities in there that we wasn’t expecting. The mattresses were so comfortable, bedding was fresh and it was just nicely decorated. We really loved our stay and we would come back again in a heartbeat.

Nothing really at all, I would maybe add would be that it might be a good idea to add a safety clip to the windows for children as these open out, but that didn’t effect our stay.

Welcoming and supportive host and a lovley property.

Lovely property. It had everything we need and the close location to beach and amenities was a real bonus.

We understand that this was a new property. In future we would like to see the garden with some flowers and bushes.
