Foarte spatioasa si moderna, dotata cu aparatura noua, terasa foarte mare, mobila moderna si totul curat.
Lipsa aerului condiționat, desi proprietarul a specificat ca a luat masuri si o sa urmeze instalat. Puțină dificultate la gasirea unui loc de parcare disponibil.

Emplacement au calme à 15 minutes du centre d'Annecy.
Appartement spacieux et bien équipé (grand frigo, machine expresso, lave-linge...).
Accès facile.
Pas facile de se garer au pied de l'immeuble mais il y a un parking à 200 mètres derrière la gendarmerie.
Pas de boulangerie ni de commerce accessible à pied.

Urbanización muy tranquila donde se respeta el descanso vecinal, opciones de aparcar gratuitamente y con supermercados cerca.
El apartamento muy amplio, luminoso y con todas las comodidades. Tiene vistas muy bonitas de la ciudad y la montaña.
Solo mejoraría los cojines, el resto fue estupendo

L’appartement est bien situé, il est bien aménagé et très bien équipé et possède une belle terrasse avec vue panoramique.
La literie vraiment pas confortable du tout.
Les désagréments et nuisances sonores de l’appartement Voisin.
