Family friendly property, highly recommended!

Extremely well thought out! Attention paid to details to ensure comfort and offer possibilities! The very friendly and absolutely helpful owner informed us of the things not to miss in and around Annecy, advice that proved to be accurate and highly appreciated! We enjoyed ourselves very much, and so did our three kids, and so did our two dogs! Extremely well done! Would definitely come back!

Villa Catalina is a lovely home in a great neighborhood with a gracious host. The home is exactly as advertised and pictured. Convenient to downtown Annecy and major roadways. Off-street parking with a dedicated space! Close to several local shopping centers. The host, Marc, was exceptionally friendly and gracious. He shared his deep knowledge of he area and passion for local cuisine, which made our stay even better.

It's I really liked the house it's nice and very clean, it's in good location near every think, I had my car so everything was close to me, the owner Mr. Mikle was very very helpful and kind he spend some time with us to explain all the attractive places in Annecy, Annecy is a good place to visit.

I recommend this house to every one also there is a parking in front of the house. All the equipment are available in the house like if you want to cook or clean your clothes, me and my family enjoyed the stay in this house. The rooms are quite small and I had to keep my bags out side but that was fine, the rest was very comfortable.

Marc is an absolute superstar host. Everything you could wish for and more. He even gave an unexpected surprise! Was very helpful in suggesting places to visit in the surrounding area. The villa itself is very practical and deceptively spacious

Large and spacious. Facilities really good. Loved the full blackout blinds - got an amazing night’s sleep. Owner lovely and recommended great places to go.

Geweldig groot villa met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Lekker klein tuintje in een rustige wijk. Om de hoek een park waar je honden goed kunt uitlaten. Vriendelijke gastheer! 5 km rijden van Annecy stad.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit netter und unkomplizierter Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft, mit allem was benötigt wird. Ein Parkplatz ist vor der Türe. Mit dem Taxi ist man in 15 Minuten in der Stadtmitte bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

تعامل المالك ممتاز الموقع جميل لكن بعيد عن سنتر انسي وجود شطافات في دورات المياة وجود غسالة و نشافة

كثرة الادوات والاغراض الغير لازمة في الفيلا عدم استفادتنا من الحوش ( الفناء الداخلي) بسبب الحشرات والمكان مكشوف من الجيران عدم وجود عوازل عدم وجود مراوح شفط في دورات المياة تنسيق البيت غير جيد

Maison très confortable pour 6 adultes et bébés. Chacun son espace, les chambres sont très bien agencées ainsi que les salles de bain. La literie est de bonne qualité. Nous avons tous passé un excellent séjour.

المكان عبارة عن فيلا دورين 3 غرف نوم تكفي 6 اشخاص بالراحه مع مطبخ متكامل وجلسه خلفيه مع شوايه حلوه، صاحب المكان ظريف ومتابع والمكان قريب من كل شي بالسياره لانه مجمع فلل واحرص على اطلاله لاني لم اخذ اطلاله رائعه، عموما المكان جميع ومرتب وايضا يوجد مغسلة ملابس وغسيل اطباق واهم شي شطاف لدورات المياه، المطبخ متكامل حتى قدر ضغط موجود ،يعني اذا كنتو 5 او 6 انصح فيه بشده وروحو كارفور وتقضوا مقاضي واستمتعوا بالطبخ فطور وغدا وعشا وخلو القهوه برا،، تحياتي لصاحب المكان،،
