About this apartment rental

New apartment of 60 sqm, 4th floor, offers all the comforts for your vacation rental. The kitchen is fully equipped, the apartment is very bright, facing south west. You have a large quiet terrace to enjoy the views of the countryside and mountains. All rooms have access to the terrace. A private parking condominium will allow you to park your car at the foot of the building.
Shops and restaurants nearby.
Annecy city center and old town are also reachable in 10 minutes by car or bus.
Bus stop 5 minutes from the apartment.
The apartment consists of a living room kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet and a terrace.

Fully equipped: Washing machine, Dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster - Sheets, towels, hair dryer

The old town of Annecy will enchant you with its canals and arcaded pedestrian streets. You can visit the castle, museums, churches in this city of art and history. You can enjoy many water activities on the lake and beautiful mountain hikes.

The first family ski resort is 20 minutes away, La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand are 35 minutes away.

We stayed 2 adults and 2 children for a week. We loved our stay in this cosy, quiet and clean apartment. Good comunication with the host. We defenetly would recomend this apartment to others.

We had an opportunity to rent this lovely apartment in a newly developed area just outside of Annecy. The place had everything and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the balcony with a scenic view and a large open kitchen. The host was also very accommodating and helpful. Thank you for everything!

This newly built apartment at the top of the block was all it promised. We were met by Catherine, given all the information about the property and left to enjoy our stay. It proved a perfect base for our daily excursions to the area. We had most of our evening meals "in house" in the very well equipped kitchen. The accommodation could have easily taken four adults but as just a couple we had plenty of room with the balcony being the most popular place to relax. Can recommend this apartment to anyone who loves the region as a perfect very secure base. Parking is a bit haphazard due to the many units and ongoing building but we always managed to get street parking close by.

This apartment is in a great location, only a 5 minute walk from a bus stop which can take you 2 minutes down to a supermarket or 15 minute ride into the town of Annecy. Lovely quiet area with the balcony looking out on countryside. The apartment was well equipped and clean with plenty of room. It was lovely sitting on the balcony enjoying the evening sun when the day was starting to cool. Catherine was very friendly and helpful! Only suggestion I could make for future would be for some form of air con or fan. Overall a brilliant place to stay.

Nous avons appréciez la découverte du lac, de la vieille ville et des alentours d'Annecy. Beaucoup de visites, balades, activités à faire.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour avec mon mari ma fille de 10 et 13 ans. Appartement propre, immeuble et quartier très calme. Propriétaire très sympa et disponible si besoin. On a pu faire pleins de visites sans top de route gorges du fier, lac Annecy, plage de jorioz, le semnoz. A refaire car une semaine c est trop court.

L'appartement était correct dans la moyenne. Belle vue sur la verdure depuis la terrasse. Seule chose que je déplore, c est que la propriétaire ne nous rende pas notre chèque de caution le jour de notre départ. Cela fait 4 jours que nous avons quitté son logement et à ce jour, toujours pas notre chèque de caution. Nous avons envoyé un message et aucun retour de sa part. C'est inadmissible surtout qu'en partant, nous avons laissé son logement super propre.et l'électroménager nickel. Système des chèques de caution à revoir et manque de communication après le séjour sur le retour de nos chèques de caution.

l'appartement est très fonctionnel et très propre. Nous a avons séjourné avec notre petite fille de 10 mois (il y a de la place dans l'une des chambres pour installer un lit parapluie) et tout s'est très bien passé.

Demande de réservation de dernière minute, excellent accueil, tout est parfait, il ne manque rien, vue de la très grande terrasse magnifique, calme absolu sinon les petits oiseaux. De plus la propriétaire, Catherine est très gentille.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à Annecy. La propriétaire nous a très bien reçu, avec sympathie et organisation. Le logement est idéalement placé à côté d'un centre commercial et à proximité de toutes les routes menant aux lieux touristiques. En 15 minutes en voiture nous sommes à Annecy centre. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et pratique pour une famille avec deux enfants de 6 et 3 ans. A renouveler sans aucune hésitation!

Très bel appartement, tout confort et conforme à la description, la terrasse donne sur toutes pièces ce qui permet une circulation agréable. Le vue sur la campagne est très appréciable. La résidence est calme et bien située par rapport aux commerces. Annecy et son lac ne sont qu'à quelques minutes de voiture...Accueil très sympathique de Catherine, la propriétaire , qui reste joignable si besoin.

Perfect house if you're gonna stay out during the day and return evening to relax on the sofa with a movie and a tea. Silence and quiet zone. Supermarket, pub and bus stop really near. We definitely enjoyed stay there.
