Perfect for a short or a long stay

Everything was great. Location is only a few minutes from the Annecy old town pedestrian area, right next to a good supermarket. Private parking lot and cheap fuel station right next door if you come by car. Apartment is very nice, quiet, very clean all around, comfortable, with excellent appliances and amenities. Great host, friendly and helpful, super easy to communicate with, very responsive, thank you for your hospitality.

Nothing really. Just to note that the hydronic heating is a bit noisy, it may need some venting. Some shower products like shampoo and shower gel would be nice.

Good location but quite an uncomfortable stay

The location close to the centre of Annecy was good.

It was extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep on the 6th floor (top) of a block of flats with no aircon. There was no oven and the cooking facilities were not great. It is very small for a family of 4 and better suited to just a couple. That would have been more comfortable.

Studio idéalement placé avec commerce à proximité.

L'emplacement à deux pas du centre, la tranquillité, studio refait récemment. Parking privé.

Le ménage bâclé comme hélas dans beaucoup de studio, beaucoup de poussière sous le lit poubelle pas vidée, viande dans le frigo, dommage il suffirait d'un peu plus de rigueur pour que tout soit parfait et je pense que le double vitrage ne serait pas du luxe.

Temiz rahat ve konforlu oda şık ve yeni eşyalarla düzenlenmiş, Yatak nevresim yastık ve havlular temiz ve yeni idi. Mutfak çok kullanışlı her ihtiyacı karşılıyordu. Ücretsiz geniş Otopark imkanı çok iyi. merkeze 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde.

Isıtma sorunu vardı, kaloriferler gece ve gün içinde termostatlı olduğu için kapanıyordu.

BELLISSIMO: UN BONBON!

Alloggio piccolo ma bellissimo!!! ( noi eravamo in quattro, per due ovviamente è perfetto!!) ha tutto quello che serve, bagno nuovo e ben tenuto. Tutto ordinatissimo, molto gentili Comodissimo al centro.

Prima locatie on Annecy te verkennen.

De locatie was dicht bij het centrum en voor de auto was altijd een parkeerplaats beschikbaar bij de accommodatie. Leuk balkon met uitzicht voor een aangenaam ontbijt.

Très bel appartement tout neuf et très fonctionnel. A 5 min du centre et toujours une place de parking pour de garer dans la résidence. Au top merci. 6eme étage avec ascenseur donc nickel.

1 lit double dans la chambre mais juste 1 canapé pour un ado dans le salon pas plus. Mais sinon très bien

Logement à10mn à pied du centre, super accueil

Logement seulement rénové, très agréable, au calme, lumineux, et très bien équipé . On s'y sent comme chez soi. À seulement 10mn à pied du centre touristique. Literie confortable. Le parking privé est un plus. Arrivée en autonomie , ce qui est pratique. Super accueil de l'hôte. Alexandre est très disponible, soucieux que votre séjour se passe au mieux et très arrangeant.
