Die Unterkunft war toll uns sehr gut ausgestattet, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten und der Balkon war klasse. Trotz Boulevard vor der Tür kein Lärm. Auch war alles sehr sauber und neuwertig
Die Unterkunt liegt abseits vom See und Zentrum, aber dadurch hat man auch keinen Lärm!. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt

Très calme bien que sur un boulevard. Propre, moderne, agréable, fonctionnel. Parfait. Le garage indispensable à Annecy compte tenu de la circulation et accessible par l'ascenseur est très appréciable. La terrasse est très agréable.
La baignoire est glissante et ne dispose pas de barres de sécurité. Difficile d'accès quand on n'a plus 20 ans et quelques difficultés à se mouvoir. Prévoir un tapis antidérapant et une barre n'est pas un investissement bien onéreux...

Un appartement très grand et très fonctionnel avec une superbe terrasse
Juste parce qu’il faut mettre qqchose : du sel et du poivre pour dépanner.

The area is great
The owners are not responsive. I was lost because the naming of the street was strange. I called the office to ask and the staff told me they would call back instead they switched off the phone and never called back!!! The positioning of the key is very strange and this is not obvious to foreigners. We only got saved by a Neighbour who saw us stranded ! The customer service is very very poor. In the house the fridge is old and does not work. The freezer does but not the fridge. The electronics are basically old. It needs a face lift.
