My stay with my family could have been better but the poor service really put me off!!

The area is great

The owners are not responsive. I was lost because the naming of the street was strange. I called the office to ask and the staff told me they would call back instead they switched off the phone and never called back!!! The positioning of the key is very strange and this is not obvious to foreigners. We only got saved by a Neighbour who saw us stranded ! The customer service is very very poor. In the house the fridge is old and does not work. The freezer does but not the fridge. The electronics are basically old. It needs a face lift.

Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé et agencé avec un magnifique balcon équipé d'un grand canapé d'angle, d'une table basse et d'une grande table.

Attention à la propreté derrière les canapés (reste de gobelets ...)

Wir haben die Wohnung am Abend gebucht, eine Stunde später wollten wir die Wohnung beziehen. Wir kamen in eine dreckige und nicht gereinigte Wohnung. (Siehe Bilder) Wir haben die Wohnung sofort verlassen, da diese Wohnung absolut nicht beziehbar war. Keine frischen Handtücher, kein frisches Bettzeug, wie gesagt, es war alles dreckig. Am Abend bekam ich eine WhatsApp Nachricht von dem Reinigungsdienst. Dieser hat mir geschrieben, dass er unterwegs war und die Wohnung nicht mehr sauber macht, uns aber neue Handtücher und neues Bettzeug bringen kann. Ich weiß ja nicht wer in ein dreckiges Hotelzimmer, geschweige denn in eine Wohnung zieht, wie jedenfalls nicht. Wir versuchen seit 4 Tagen den Eigentümer zu erreichen. Wir bekommen keine Antwort, am Telefon werden wir weg gedrückt. Wir dürfen nun 490€ hinterher laufen. Danke für nichts!

L'apartament era força gran i hi havia aparcament al mateix edifici. Zona tranquil.la

El televisor no funcionava, no hi havia prou llençols ni tovalloles per tots , no hi havia prou endolls a la cuina. El pitjor va ser comunicació inexistent amb els amfitrions. No vam rebre cap resposta a les nostres comunicacions.

Mooi ingericht appartement met mooi terras aan een drukke Boulevard

Binnen de inrichting. Groot terras.

Moeilijk de sleutel te vinden! Buiten het appartement, de gemeenschappelijke delen toch vuil. Geen mogelijkheid om de sproeikop te plaatsen, dus moeilijk douchen. Toilet wat ouder dan de rest. Te drukke boulevard. Toch ook ver van het centrum. Zeer kleine parkeergarage.

موقع الشقه بعيد قليلا عن السنتر ولكن في حي راقي جدا ورائع ومنظم

صاحب الشقه رجل مجتهد يحاول ان يجعل كل شي متوفر

دوره المياه لاتوجد مغسله ولكن اغلب الشقق في فرنسا هكذا ليس الوضع كما في إيطاليا

Bel appartement spacieux, propre, confortable

Bel appartement spacieux, propre, confortable, bien décoré et bien pensé avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour s'y sentir comme chez soi, garage souterrain sécurisé, bien situé dans un quartier plutôt calme près des commerces. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié y séjourner en famille et y reviendrons sans hésitation lors d'une prochaine virée sur Annecy.

Accès à l'appartement HONTEUX

Appartement rénové avec goût.

L'accès à l'appartement est vraiment très mal expliqué c'est même honteux. Nous avons tourné 3/4 h avant de trouver cette boîte à clés accroché quelque part dans le quartier à hauteur de pisse de chien 😡😡...heureusement que les voisins nous ont guidé..Ça serait digne d'une épreuve de Koh Lanta ou Pékin Express..aucune explication claire pour l'accès à l'appartement, de même lorsque l'on se trouve au sous-sol. Conciergerie injoignable au téléphone, aucun état des lieux de réalisé, couette tachée, toile d'araignée au plafond....la liste commence a être longue..quant à la localisation de l'appartement il n'est pas à Annecy même mais à 10 minutes en voiture...aucune commodités proche si ce n'est à 10 minutes ( boulangerie notamment).

- Pas de contact avec le propriétaire, seulement une plateforme youLoc, très impersonnel et réactivité moyenne. - Pas d'articles de toilette, ni produits ménagers (produit vaisselle) comme indiqué ds l'annonce. - Le four très sale / lunette WC cassée - Le descriptif du matériel de l'annonce ne correspond pas à ce qu'il y a dans l'appartement, beaucoup de manque. - L'emplacement de la boîte à clés très étrange, sur une barrière en bordure de rue.

Appartement bien situé, au calme, confortable

Le ménage doit être approfondit. Un rideau de douche en 2025 ce n'est plus possible, il faudrait mettre une paroi dans la baignoire. La boite à clés n'est pas vraiment visible.
