Les équipements le confort de l'appartement le parking un vrai plus
Le bruit du boulevard un peu trop présent fenêtres ouvertes quand on n'a plus l'habitude. Mais côté nuit au calme donc un moindre mal .

Lo tienen muy lindo, todo limpio y con todo lo necesario
Está lejos de el centro, si no tuviéramos auto no sería un lugar que yo recomendaría. Para nosotros estuvo perfecto

L'appartement correspondait bien à l'annonce avec un équipement complet. Il était très propre et nous disposions d'un parking sous-terrain (que nous n'avons pas utilisé car nous dispositons de places extérieures en stationnement libre derrière l'immeuble). Un centre commercial se trouve à quelques minutes à pied avec un hypermarché et de nombreux magasins. Nous nous rendions en bus (ligne 2 en face de l'immeuble) pour aller visiter Annecy l'esprit tranquille.

The area is great
The owners are not responsive. I was lost because the naming of the street was strange. I called the office to ask and the staff told me they would call back instead they switched off the phone and never called back!!! The positioning of the key is very strange and this is not obvious to foreigners. We only got saved by a Neighbour who saw us stranded ! The customer service is very very poor. In the house the fridge is old and does not work. The freezer does but not the fridge. The electronics are basically old. It needs a face lift.
