This bright, cheerful, and welcoming tri-level home happily awaits your next beach stay with family and friends. Perched on a woodsy slope across the street from the community park in Olivia Beach, Fit to Be Tide has four bedrooms, including a room above the carriage house, and plenty of gathering space for a large group. Its traditional styling and covered front porch lined with chairs hark to yesteryear, but this home has all the modern amenities you want for your beach vacation. Hardwood floors, contemporary furnishings, a fireplace/TV combo, a modern galley kitchen, and a formal dining room grace the main floor, with a king bedroom suite tucked in the back. Upstairs you’ll enjoy another bedroom suite and a second bedroom with a bath across the hall plus a bonus room for relaxing and watching TV with a queen sofa sleeper. Downstairs, a huge bonus room gives you additional space for watching the game or enjoying a movie together as well as foosball, ping pong, and multiple video gaming system. Outside, you’ll find a dining table, gas grill, outdoor seating for relaxing in this remarkable space, and an EV charging station!
You’ll find lots to do right in the neighborhood the park is right out your front door, with a playground, grassy play space, fire-pit, and volleyball net over sand.
