Great location and very comfortable stay

The location was amazing in the Republic Square, walking distance to everything including bus station and ferry terminal. The room was very cozy and modern, clean, nice shower, good lighting. Leonela gave instructions via WhatsApp for access to the room and helped with any questions so it was all very easy. Great value for money compared to hotels in Split which are expensive.

It is noisy at night because they play loud music in the restaurant downstairs in the square. However this finished at 11pm and after that it was quiet.

Split Long Weekend

Excellent accommodation. Not massive but... Superbly equipped, stylish, view, bathroom bits, coffee machine, free Netflix, access to first aid, sewing kit and bag storage for late checkouts. And don't forget the prime location!

Fantastic place.

This was one of the best places I have stayed on my trip round Europe. Clean, accessible, helpful hosts and really comfortable with all the details thought of. Great location and really lovely place.

Just be aware that the studio doesn’t have a view so if staying for longer than a few days that might be an issue.

The location was really convenient. It was close to the ferry and the bus stop, as well as many restaurants and sites. The staff were very helpful. The airline lost one of my bags and they helped arrange to pick it up for me while I was sightseeing! For a solo traveler I would highly recommend.

Perfect in Every Way 10 Stars

We loved everything about it. Shower a good size. Makeup mirror supplied .We could watch an English speaking channel other than the news .Really good lighting. My husband was so impressed with the coffee selection.Breakfast was wonderful

Amazing location, room was little smaller than I would have liked but still comfortable.

We had breakfast at the local cafes and it was amazing. Amazing food at local restaurants around. Everything was at a very convenient walking distance. They had a market place around the RIVA when we were there and it was amazing. The support from the team was amazing. They replied to our messages straight away and addressed to any situation/ questions immediately. Highly recommend this place for its location.

Great location

Location was great, Right on square and very near the heart of the old town Easy walk to all Split has to offer , the ferry and bus station.

It was noisy. It is right on the main square so there is night time noise. Didn't bother us too much but for light sleepers it could be a problem.

Great place with. onvenient location in Split.

We arrived at Solit airport late at 11pm and did not fet to Split until 11:40pm. on the Square Suites sent us the door vode as well as very deteiled photos so it was very easy to find them in the dark. They fully communicated from the time we booked. Also, it was very quiet even though it opened directly onto a large square with restsurants.

It was a bit smaller than expwcted, but still plenty of room for a couple. They provided everything we needed, even an iron, and we loved the full size refrigerator.

Location was amazing, housing was clean, everything you would want in a place to stay. The most outstanding aspect was the host's communication. Very clear, helpful, kind, etc. I would absolutely stay here again.

As others have noted, not all rooms look onto the square. Our room did not but we were out and about for most of our stay so we were not bothered by this.

Book it, you will not regret it!

Location was incredible! Towels were big. Shower pressure was awesome and the hot water was great. Overall 5 stars. Really loved it.

You will need earplugs at night and midmorning. We did not mind the noise.

Amazing value with great amenities

Absolutely wonderful location, extremely great value for the convenience and amenities. So cozy and everything was modern and comfortable and very clean while looking and feeling like the old town charm. The host is very communicative, detailed, and responsive. Such a positive experience, I loved it!

Saw reviews about the noise and was expecting it, and it is something to consider but we were always too tired to let it disrupt our sleep so it was fine in that aspect! Not recommended for light sleepers, but definitely worth the trade off for all of the amazing pros

Absolutely perfect stay

The breakfast for our stay was at the restaurant next to the apartment, really good waiter service and menu was clear and great choice, enjoyed all my visits there. Easy access to room. Our place was fantastic with en suite bathroom and separate open plan living area with kitchen area, just the right size for a short stay. i found the hosts used utilized every inch of these rooms perfectly. I had a chance to meet some of the team and they were very attentive and considering to all our personal needs. And of course the location is perfect with all the sites and attraction nearby. The whole team made our stay even more special.

The location was perfect… right in the heart of the old town in the main square. The apartment was comfortable and clean.

There was an industrial air conditioner outside the bedroom window that was very loud and as a light sleeper you need quality ear plugs.

Location, helpful host and amenities

The location was fantastic! Close to great bars and restaurants on the Riva. The room was spotless, the host provided helpful information and always responded quickly via Booking.com. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided: TV with Netflix, toiletries, iron and ironing board, beach towels, hair dryer, and more. We felt right at home. Thank you!

The room was a little small for our large suitcases but we are travelling for 9 weeks and probably have bigger suitcases than most guests.

We had a wonderful stay in this room — it was very nice, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to everything! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

As you are so central you can hear the noise at night from the streets below, but we didn’t mind at all and still managed to sleep well.

The studio apartment has everything you need for a stay. The kitchen is well stocked to make meals. The bathroom is great. It feels like a big space, even though the windows don’t provide a view.

There were some loud, random sounds later at night, but once I knew to expect it, it wasn’t bad.

Loved this place! Location was absolutely stunning, right on the square with live music at night outside (but when windows closed couldn’t hear), candlelit dinners outside, the setting was beautiful. Let us check in super early which really helped us out. Will come again!

A fabulous base from which to enjoy magical Split.

Great location. The vibe in the square was fabulous and you can close the window off when you need to sleep so it’s a win win. Super comfy bed and every last detail thought through for a great stay.. Appreciated being able to leave my luggage securely once I had checked out. The team were very responsive to any queries and requests. Thanks Leonela for all your help! I will back. So much more on my list to do and experience in Split!

Split was a great experience for us and this apartment helped us enjoy it.

As others have noted, the location is spectacular. Tons of restaurants, 1 minute walk to the Riva (promenade on the harbor) and in old town and close to Diocletian's Palace. I really like the modern well-functioning facilities. The bathroom and shower are modern with all the hot water one can desire--scalding if you choose maximum hotness. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. I received a physical card for entry and a digital code. I could choose upon entering. We didn't watch TV, but noted that two English language TV stations are available and it is a Smart TV with multiple apps, like Prime Video, Netflix and You Tube. The hosts go out of their way to resolve any issues. When I arrived, I found that I did not have a data connection for my phone despite buying roaming rights before leaving the US. The hosts normally send the digital code for the apartment to your phone by WhatsApp or through Booking.com. My taxi driver allowed me to use his phone and the hosts sent someone to meet me at the building to help me enter the apartment and set me up with a physical entry card. I bought a local SIM card the next day and it was really a pleasure to communicate with the hosts during our four days in their apartment. I forgot one item on departing and I was called immediately and returned to retrieve it. The space of the apartment is small, but we did not find that was a problem.

There could be better instructions on how to use the coffee maker.

The location is brilliant as it's quick to walk everywhere in the old town, plus a short walk from where the airport transfer drops you off. The facilities of the room were great. We loved having multiple plug sockets, the view over the square was pretty, and having Netflix was an added bonus.
