We got everything E mailed to us b4. I could not get in the room first, but owner answered the phone right away and walked us through it.

The location was perfect for what we wanted to do & places we wanted to go. Having breakfast included was great!
The room was too small for us. Travelling through Europe for 6 weeks, we struggled to fit our bags in the room let alone us too.
