Good location if just staying 1 night

Located close to train station and near old town

Staff not friendly and restaurant is not worth going to. I didn't like that my private bathroom was down the corridor and having to carry my bags up flights of stairs. Or the early checkout time of 10:30 and not even possible to sit in the lobby.

I am not usually superstitious, but the place is really really haunted. That sums up my experience.

Good albergo

Good staff, welcoming and helpful. I was allowed to bring my baggage to the room and given the key about 2 hours before official check in. Very clean in the room, toilet and all over the hotel itself. Easy access to the building with your own key. Perfect WIFI. The location is very close to the railway station and the center, at the same time. It was the best price on booking for the room I was able to find.

The street behind the window of my room was very noisy - cars, motorbikes etc.

Would stay (and dine) here again if I could.

Very close to train station and easy walking access to the city centre. Host is quite a character with a soft heart which helped me, an injured traveller, without question. The accommodation has an old world charm which was a welcome flavour to me, unfortunately there is no lift but the staircase is gentle, wide and easy to traverse. The bathrooms are shared but there is sink the room, in mine at least. Do try the food in the restaurants run by the host on ground floor. One of the best meals I had in Italy.

Location next to the train station and 3min walk from the city centre very convenient, staff super nice even though we didnt speak the same languages, free water and clean rooms!

No electric aircons and only fans in the room which didnt really cool them down but ok for 2 nights!

Old, outdated, dirty. Shower needs a good bleaching & shower head replaced. Needs new furniture, air con and a paint job. Didn’t sleep all night because of the heat + noise from other guests + the main road below.

The whole night it was loud and you could hear everything from other rooms. TV, kids, steps upstairs and the non stop vibrating of a phone ringing for 2 hours almost non stop

Tourist trap

1) I asked (and paid) for a room with a private bathroom, but got a room with an external bathroom (the room just had a sink). The man at the check-in told me I was the only one who was alowed to use the bathroom, however, the bathroom door didn't need a key to get opened, so everyone could access it. 2) I called before booking and asked if I could leave my suitcase for a few hours after checking out, and they said there would be no problem. However, when I asked again about that one at the hotel, they said it was not possible since they usually don't have somebody at the reception (only during check in time they do). 3) The room was very dirty, and even the bathroom didn't seem to have beem cleaned well in between guests (but I still suspect that bathroom was shared). 4) The other guests are quite noisy and sometimes they smoke in their room (I could smell the smoke even on the train). I definitely do not suggest this hotel.

Albergo fatiscente e molto sporco, accolto dal proprietario probabilmente.. mi sembrava piuttosto scocciato di stare lì a lavorare, arricchirsi dando questi servizi al prezzo che ha fatto dovrebbe essere illegale

Comodo vicino la stazione

Da evidenziare la gentilezza del personale (ci hanno permesso di fare il check-in alle 11:30) e la posizione ottima (vicino la stazione), gli spazi ampi, buona la biancheria da letto e da bagno professionale fornita di 3 ascugamani a testa (telo doccia, asciugamano viso e asciugamano ospite), disponibile anche l'asciugacapelli. Comodo il self check-out.

Si tratta di un Albergo storico di Parma, gli anni si vedono tutti sia negli interni che negli arredi di inizio novecento, occorrerebbe qualche manutenzione alle pareti e ai sanitari. Manca l'ascensore, avevamo la camera al terzo piano un po scomodo soprattutto se si hanno bagagli pesanti. L'Albergo fa anche da ristorante ma stranamente non è prevista la colazione.

Echt gedateerd en veel zaken stuk Wc bril was gebroken Nachtlampje geen omhulsel en lamp daarvan stuk Badkamerdeur ging niet dicht Klink badkamerdeur zat los en had je regelmatig in de hand Sierlijst voeteneind bed zat los Dit zijn gebreken die een eigenaar ook moet zien natuurlijk. Als het een verborgen gebrek is zal ik het niet in een recensie zetten maar persoonlijk even vermelden. Met deze houding van de verantwoordelijke eigenaar wordt ik als klant niet serieus genomen en ben ik genoodzaakt om anderen in te lichten.
