Well-equipped, Central, Clean stay

Clean, tidy, organized - central La Spezia location. Host very helpful. House well-equipped. Perfect base for Cinque Terre.

The bathroom needs some renovation - but it was still clean which is important. Neighbors could be a bit noisy in the morning, and sometimes motorcycles passing by - but not too much. Slept great through the night.

Lovely big appartment 6/7 mins from station!

The appartment was spacious and airy and very clean. Comfy big beds. Good kitchen facilities and lounge with big sofa. Balcony off one of the bedrooms was nice to have. Host was friendly, helpful and good communication. Good to have big separate bedrooms as 2 friends sharing. Lots of storage, lights, plug sockets. Needs 3 pin plug. Good shower. Fans in both bedrooms

The lift is not working yet as we hoped it would be so a climb to floor 2! The communal hallways were quite run down even for an old Italian building. The view from the back was quite shabby. The balcony needed small chairs. There was no kettle to make tea, just a coffee machine. We had to boil a saucepan of water if we wanted a cuppa! Would be useful if bins x 3 were labelled for recycling etc

It was unfortunate that the lift was not working while we stayed and there was no air conditioning during what felt like a heat wave. Lucky we had fans in each room to help with air flow

Agréable location proche de la gare pour visiter les 5 Terre

Location proche de la gare (8min à pieds) un atout pour la visite des Cinque Terre (que l’on a fait en randonnée une fois arrivés à un village) Propre, simple, belle et équipée de tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Les lits sont grands et confortables. Linge de lit et de toilettes compris. Le propriétaire répond à toutes nos questions et nous donnent des conseils. N’hésitez pas, la location de Frédérico est géniale !

Juste pour noter quelque-chose (car location au top!) : il manque une cafetière bialetti... et un lave vaisselle 😉

Appartement mal insonorisé (bruit des voisins et de la rue) Salle de bain petite mais ça passe pour un court séjour Ce serait super s'il y avait de l'huile pour la cuisine

Séjour de bonne qualité

L’accès aux étages avec l’ascenseur, la proximité de la gare et du centre ville ( a peu près 5 minutes), l’espaces des chambres, le coin cuisine bien équipé.

La salle de bain et la douche un peu étroite à mon goût.
