Simple but functional. Very clean. Within walking distance to many sights. Quiet side street. Convenient to train station (walking distance)

Key retrieval instructions a little tricky. Stove usage instructions would be helpful. Took me a while to get it going. Would have preferred upper floor. "Cold" lighting in living & bedroom.

Everything was good: The apartment, the location, the contact with the management.

The stairs to go up were steep.and.narrow, it could be troublesome if you have a big suitcase or many. I had to go up.and down 3 times to carry.my luggage.

Fabulous!

Great place, very close to the station and the harbour. The place is new and very comfortable. I have a room on the 3d floor - there was a nice view from the balcony. The studio definitely exceeded my expectations!

Nothing to report, but: since the studio has a lot to offer, it could benefit even more from a few additional facilities, such as: a bottle of shampoo and an iron. Otherwise there is nothing else one could wish.

Location Size of the apartament Cleaniness Close to the public parking. Equiped kitchen. We do not understand why it has not higher notes.

The guests of the apartament one floor below parked their bicycles in the staircase and it was not easy to pass them. But it is not a fault of the host but culture of the guests. There could be some tea or coffee in the kitchenette

Lohnenswertes Ziel.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und das Zimmer hat eine angenehme Größe. Der kleine Balkon war nett. Die Küchenausstattung ist funktional.

Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft sehr kalt. Auf unsere Bitte per E-Mail, es gab keinen direkten Ansprechpartner, nach einer extra Decke gab es keine Reaktion. In der Küchenecke flackerte die Deckenlampe, das war sehr unangenehm, auf e- mail s.o. Vielleicht haben wir es überlesen, ein deutlicher Hinweis auf die sehr schmale Stiege in den obersten Stock wäre sicher für Menschen mit Einschränkung angebracht. Mehr Schalen für Müsli wären schön.

Ignoranter Vermieter

Stadtnähe, Bett war komfortabel, es war sauber

Bei Übernahme der FeWo waren es nur 14°C, da die Heizung nicht ging, nur der Badezimmerheizkörper funktionierte, so daß wir erst nach 3 Tagen 19° erreicht haben. Der Vermieter war erst nicht zu erreichen. Am nächsten Tag wurden Abstellmaßnahmen versprochen, aber es geschah nichts, auch keinerlei Rückmeldung, der Vermieter fühlte sich offensichtlich nicht Verantwortlich. Auch andere Mieter in dem Haus klagten über die nicht funktionierende Heizung. Fehlende Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, obwohl das Problem schon mehrfach in den Vorgängerrezessionen erwähnt wurde. Küchenausstattung nur mäßig. Wir sind auf Grund der Kälte früher abgereist.

Rent og pænt og ligger roligt. En lille balkon. Den smukke gamle bydel starter lige ved hoveddøren.

Indretning er spartansk, så der mangler lidt hygge.

Nicht nochmal diese Wohnung Kalt,Defekt und keine Antwort

Diesmal leider gar nichts

Wir kamen an,um 15Uhr sollte man den Code für die Unterkunft bekommen. Nach etlichen Anrufen ohne das jemand ans Telefon ging und 7 Mails über Booking zur Aufforderung des Codes,kam dann nach 17:30uhr der Code. Wir konnten anstatt 16Uhr erst 18Uhr rein und haben aber ab 16Uhr bezahlt 😠 Dann die Fußbodenheizung auf 1,es war den ganzen Abend und Nacht Kalt 😠 dann das Ceranfeld funktionierte auch nicht und wir mussten Essen bestellen. Es kam nur per Mail Sorry ich helfe nur aus….. Ohne Worte ….. Wir haben jetzt schon 3x gebucht und einmal ein anders Zimmer,dass gut war aber die Nummer 8 ist leider nicht mehr zu empfehlen. Vermieter reagiert nicht mal…..

Totaler Reinfall

Fußläufig zur Altstadt und zum Hafen gelegen. Allerdings liegt der Hauseingang in einer engen, für Pkw nicht erlaubten Gasse. Das bedeutet: Gepäck schleppen.

Besteckschublade innen fleckig. Spärlich möbliert. Minimal ausgestattet. Kleine Extras wie Feuerzeug, ein paar Gewürze, Kaffeefilter, Teelichte, etc. fehlten. Das kostet doch nicht viel und erleichtert ungemein den Aufenthalt. Als Esstisch für zwei Personen dient nur ein kniehoher Beistelltisch - wozu dann eine Küche? Billige Anrichte im Wohnzimmer mit schiefen Spaltmaßen. Baugerümpel im ohnehin engen Treppenhaus. Hellhörigkeit: stundenlanges Gepolter aus dem ersten Obergeschoss. Wohnung viel zu dunkel, dadurch kühl und ungemütlich. Appartement ließ sich nur unzureichend heizen. Obendrein massive Verletzung der Privatsphäre: Plötzlich standen unangekündigt zwei Reinigungskräfte in der Wohnung. Ein möglicher Roomservice war weder angekündigt noch vereinbart. Vermieter gab sich extrem unkooperativ in dieser Angelegenheit. Stattdessen die freche Antwort: Warum sind Sie nicht frühzeitig abgereist? Nicht so leicht, wenn Urlaub genommen hat und eine längere Anreise hinter einem liegt. Gastfreundschaft geht anders. Dies ist nach meiner Einschätzung eher eine Monteurswohnung, aber keine Ferienunterkunft.

Schönes Wochenende in Wismar verbracht

Sie war sehr zentral, zwei Schlaf Möglichkeiten, die Betten sind sehr gut. Fußbodenheizung

Schön das es ein Balkon gibt, allerdings mit Blick auf eine Hauswand die direkt am Balkon endet. Der Griff vom Kühlschrank war leider defekt sowie die Schublade im Schlafzimmer gingen von alleine wieder auf. Sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten.das Waschbecken im Bad ist zu klein gewesen sowie keine abstellmöglichkeiten wären auch nicht schlecht.
