Not far from the harbor and only a few minutes to the market square of the beautiful Hanseatic and World Heritage city, the idyllically located and tastefully furnished 50m² apartment for a maximum of 3 people is located in a residential complex.

Due to its location and its equipment, it is ideal for visits to the cities of Wismar, Lübeck, Schwerin or Rostock, which are attractive from a historical and architectural point of view, as well as the closer, natural surroundings, including the Mecklenburg Lake District.

I needed a longer term "home base" for the first months in Wismar when starting on a work assignment. This apartment has everything I need - sufficient space, quiet inner courtyard, fully equipped for everyday life, has a dedicated parking spot and it is in good location with walking distance to the inner City, Harbour, shops, Restaurants - perfect.
