About this apartment rental

Our light-flooded apartment is located in a beautiful town house, right on the historic market square of Wismar. After we recently renovated the apartment, you can now enjoy the modern ambience to the fullest. We have put a lot of effort into setting it up so that you feel comfortable with us. We designed the individual rooms with great attention to detail. A large pool table and a soccer table invite you to socialize with friends. Many an exciting tournament has been fought here.
The exposure of the old wooden beams was particularly important to us. They fit wonderfully into the stylish and modern ambience.

On the small balcony, you can sit outside in the warm season and enjoy the fresh Baltic air.

Numerous restaurants and cozy cafes, which invite you to linger, are in the immediate vicinity. All shops, nice boutiques and interesting shops, where you can browse extensively, are within easy walking distance.

You can also walk to the bike shop, where you can rent bicycles (including e-bikes), through the beautiful streets of Wismar's old town.

I could not get all the details needed for check in through my computer. I called and emailed multiple times but got no response, so I had to have a German friend who lived near Wismar call their local number to discuss the problems I was receiving since I was arriving within the week without any check-in information.

Als wir die Wohnung betreten haben, haben wir uns schon wohlgefühlt. Sie ist so geräumig, wie man es lt. Beschreibung erwarten darf. Alles war sauber, in Ordnung und funktioniert. Man merkt, dass die Besitzer hier selbst ab und zu übernachten und die Wohnung nicht nur zum Vermieten gekauft haben. Besonders erwähnenswert finde ich die das Überangebot an Geschirr, Besteck und Gläsern. Gerade wenn man nur frühstückt kann es bei anderen Wohnungen schon mal schnell zu einem Geschirrnotstand führen, da alles in der Spülmaschine ist. War hier anders. Danke dafür. Es sollte aber auch bemerkt sein, dass eines der Schlafzimmer tatsächlich nur ein Fenster ins Wohnzimmer hat. Kein K.O. Kriterium, war aber für unsere mitreisenden, jugendlichen 'Kinder' ein wenig ungewohnt. Alles in allem: eine Wohlfühlwohnung in Top-Lage. Alles fussläufig erreichbar, was wir reichlich genutzt haben. Auch das Einchecken und die Rückgabe der Schlüssel erfolgten problemlos und wie beschrieben. Danke an die ABC-Vermietung und die Eigentümer!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Wismar sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat wegen des Billardtisches, Kickers und der Holzbalken einen besonderen Touch. Bad und Küche sind zwar etwas klein aber ausreichend. Wer allerdings mit offenem Fenster schläft, muss morgens mit Lärm rechnen. Das ist der Nachteil an der top Lage. Schön wäre noch ein Wäscheständer. Den Wohnungsschlüssel konnten wir leider erst 1 Stunde später als beschrieben abholen. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub.

2. Schlafzimmer geht so gar nicht!

Uns hat die Lage des 2. Schlafzimmers sehr gestört, da es kein Fenster nach draußen, sondern nur ins Wohn-/Esszimmer gibt. Außerdem sind dort keine zwei Betten, wie im Expose bechrieben, sondern ein Doppelbett. Die Fenster des Wohnbereichs zur Straße sind auch nur ganz zu öffnen, das war nachts eben nicht möglich. Das Schlafen in diesem Zimmer war nur möglich, wenn im Wohnzimmer/Esszimer niemand mehr ist, da das Innenfenster die einzige Luftquelle ist. Es hat uns sehr eingeschränkt, denn wir sind letztlich auf die Couch im Wohnzimmer ausgewichen. Es gibt auch keine 2 Badezimmer, sondern lediglich 1 Zimmer mit WC und ein anderes mit Dusche. Dies sollte fairerweise in der Beschreibung auch so stehen.

Meine Frau und ich haben eine Woche im Juli in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt dehr genossen. Die Wohnung, insbesondere der Wohn-Essraum und das Schlafzimmer mit Balkon sind sehr großzügig geschnitten. Küche, Bad und WC fallen dagegen etwas klein aus. Das WC stinkt leider erbärmlich, darauf angesprochen, bekamen wir von Herrn Barsch, dem Verwalter (der Name ist Programm), die Auskunft dies wäre Sache des Eigentümers. Fazit - Sterne Abzug bei Sauberkeit und Verwaltung. Die Wohnung ist hell und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, der Billardtisch ausgezeichnet. Mit der Ausstattung waren wir insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit Fahrräder im Innenhof (nicht überdacht) abzustellen. Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe des Marktplatzes war für uns sehr vorteilhaft, da man jedes Ziel in der Stadt bequem fussläufig erreichen konnte. Zum vereinbarten Übergabe Termin erschien Herr Barsch erst nach zweimaligem Telefonat. Als ich Ihm die Tür öffnete versuchte er sich ohne Gruß und Vorstellung in die Wohnung zu drängen. Fazit – Abzug aller nur möglichen Sterne für die Verwaltung.

Wir waren zu dritt (Ein Erwachsener und zwei Jugendliche) in der sehr großen Wohnung direkt um die Ecke des Wismarer Marktplatzes). Die Wohnung im 1.OG ist voll ausgestattet und ist trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Absolute Highlights sind der Billardtisch im Wohnzimmer und der Tischkicker in einem der Schlafzimmer. Die machen diese Wohnung wirklich einzigartig. Sie lädt uns jedenfalls ein, bald wieder zu kommen.

Kann mich den Bewertungen der vorausgegangenen Kommentare nur anschließen. Gepflegte, großzügige Ferienwohnung am Marktplatz, mit fußläufig gut erreichbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Stadthafen und Restaurants. Hervorzuheben ist natürlich der Billardtisch, der die Abende, speziell mit Kindern im entsprechendem Alter, sehr kurzweilig werden lässt. Hier ist alles, was von der Beschreibung aufgeführt wird auch wirklich so anzufinden. Alles in Allem ein toller Aufenthalt, die Fewo kann man ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Zeer compleet ingerichte woning midden in het centrum van Wismar. Fijne bedden incl. Poolbiljart en tafelvoetbal. Groot TV kwam goed van pas ivm WK Voetbal. Moderne keuken. Nadeel is dat je de auto ver weg moet zetten voor lang verblijf zoals als wij. We hebben zelf bierglazen gekocht waren niet aanwezig. Het appartement is niet berekent op stellen die graag Willen fietsen. De Fritsen moeten door een gang naar een klein binnenplaats.
