About this apartment rental
Our light-flooded apartment is located in a beautiful town house, right on the historic market square of Wismar. After we recently renovated the apartment, you can now enjoy the modern ambience to the fullest. We have put a lot of effort into setting it up so that you feel comfortable with us. We designed the individual rooms with great attention to detail. A large pool table and a soccer table invite you to socialize with friends. Many an exciting tournament has been fought here.
The exposure of the old wooden beams was particularly important to us. They fit wonderfully into the stylish and modern ambience.
On the small balcony, you can sit outside in the warm season and enjoy the fresh Baltic air.
Numerous restaurants and cozy cafes, which invite you to linger, are in the immediate vicinity. All shops, nice boutiques and interesting shops, where you can browse extensively, are within easy walking distance.
You can also walk to the bike shop, where you can rent bicycles (including e-bikes), through the beautiful streets of Wismar's old town.

Super zentrale Lage in Wismar; alles fußläufig erreichbar; Wohnung bietet auch bei Schlechtwetter Kurzweil aufgrund eines Billardtisches und eines Tischkickers; Schlafplatz für 4 Personen super (2 SZ); Küche komplett ausgestattet; Wohn-/Esszimmer ausreichend groß; einziges Manko: Geruchsbelästigung im WC (lies sich aber Raumerfrischer erträglich gestalten)

Uns hat die Lage des 2. Schlafzimmers sehr gestört, da es kein Fenster nach draußen, sondern nur ins Wohn-/Esszimmer gibt.
Außerdem sind dort keine zwei Betten, wie im Expose bechrieben, sondern ein Doppelbett. Die Fenster des Wohnbereichs zur Straße sind auch nur ganz zu öffnen, das war nachts eben nicht möglich. Das Schlafen in diesem Zimmer war nur möglich, wenn im Wohnzimmer/Esszimer niemand mehr ist, da das Innenfenster die einzige Luftquelle ist.
Es hat uns sehr eingeschränkt, denn wir sind letztlich auf die Couch im Wohnzimmer ausgewichen. Es gibt auch keine 2 Badezimmer, sondern lediglich 1 Zimmer mit WC und ein anderes mit Dusche. Dies sollte fairerweise in der Beschreibung auch so stehen.
