Great comfy place at a top location!

Excellent location, a comfy mini-apartment. There’s everything you need in the kitchen so you can make homemade meals: a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, pans, etc. We asked to check-in 1 hour earlier and the staff made this possible. Uncomplicated check-in. Fantastic experience!

Accommodation near Old Port.

This was an apartment with cooking facilities. We were able to cook meals there. Well organised kitchen. Parking expensive, close to the apartment. The old port was within 15 to 20 minutes walking distance and the central square just around the corner.

Very steep stairs to second floor were quite challenging. It took a while to figure out how we could go out separately and get back in again, but we managed in the end. No fire instructions, no escape plan.

the main door get stuck and its not possible to get in the building

we had issues while checking in as the main door didnt open and no one helped us. it was 10pm and we had to wake up a neighbour in order to get in. he helped us opening the door by pulling from inside as it was totally stuck. that was a very bad experience as we didnt know what to do. we called the contact number but there was no reply.

Spacious, comfortable, peaceful apartment close to old town. Excellent value for money, we loved it

Spacious, clean, comfortable, light and airy. Very near old town centre. Quiet. Good value for money. Lovely. Steep stairs to apartments on 2nd and 3rd floor, but that can’t be helped in an old house within Wismar town centre. Would recommend.

Because it is geared out to be self catering, could do with a sharp knife/bread knife, and a cutting board. Front door difficult to open; mostly people left it just a little open as code didn’t appear to work - or pushed it very hard to open it. Could do with repairing.

Fantastic location in the centre of old Wismar, in one of the nicest and calmest streets. Charming little townhouse.

There was nothing I didn't like. Some might mind the ground floor and the window leading to the street but I didn't.

Sehr gut gelegen, dennoch ruhige Nebenstrasse, gute Ausstattung der kleinen Küche, für 1 Person perfekt

Da die Wohnung sich direkt neben der Hauseingangstür befindet, wird man durch lautes Türen schließen oft gestört.

Ich möchte Sie nicht unnötig schlecht reden. Die Mängel sind gut ausgleichbar, in Summe aber zuviel

Super Lage, bequemes Bett, schönes kleines Bad

Die 'gut ausgestattete Küche' war teils dreckig, viel zu klein und chaotisch. Anstatt die Küchengeräte wahllos in den kleinen Unterschrank zu schmeißen, wären Regalbretter gegenüber der Küchenzeile Regale angebracht, Platz wäre da. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Zimmerservice in einer Fewo ist mir neu. Ungefragt wird das Appartement betreten und bei freundlichem Hinweis, es wieder zu verlassen, schief angeschaut. Wozu buch ich eine FeWo, um meine Ruhe zu haben, wenn man so belästigt wird. Statt nach einer Nacht bei 3 gestellten Klopapier-Rollen für weiteren Nachschub zu sorgen, kann lieber Salz, Pfeffer und Öl in der Küche gestellt werden. Zimmer 1 war offensichtlich zuvor ein Geschäft, durch das riesige Schaufenster fühlten wir uns tatsächlich zur Schau gestellt, wenn wir mal Licht reinlassen wollten. Lüften kann mann auch nur bei 2,10m Körpergröße Auch wenn der Preis vergleichsweise niedrig war, passt das Verhältnis leider garnicht. Beim nächsten Besuch der Stadt umgeh ich die Adresse

Super Lage und schönes Apartment. Der Kontakt hat uns schnell geholfen, als wir eine Frage hatten.

Mit etwas mehr "Liebe" könnte es eine 10/10 werden. Beispiel: Super Küche, aber nicht mal Basics wie Öl oder Salz vorhanden. Es gibt ein Babybett, aber keinen Babystuhl. 2 TVs, aber nur eine Fernbedienung...

Sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Und hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Die Bett sind mega bequem.

Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben ist das man keinen Parkplatz so wirklich gefunden hat in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ist mit Gepäck wirklich schwierig.

Perfekt för vårt korta besök

Det blev sent beslutat att vi skulle stanna natten i Wismar, så vi blev överraskade att vi kunde hitta något så passande för oss. Lägenheten var ren, snygg och trevlig. Läget var mycket bra. Vi kunde parkera gratis över natten ett knappt kvarter bort. I stort sett ligger stället i centrum med en 5-10 minuters promenad in till det mysiga torget.

Gute Lage, günstig, aber sonst nicht wirklich zu empfehlen

Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt, ruhig. Parken auf der Straße an vielen Stellen rund um das Hotel (20m entfernt in der Querstrasse z.B.) problemlos möglich. Den Anwohnern ausschließlich zur Verfügung stehende Parkplätze sind als solche gut beschildert. Auf der Straße Kostenfrei parken über Nacht von 19-9h. Parkhaus unnötig. Sehr netter Vermieter, Zugang erfolgt über Codes und Schlüsselsafe, alles gut beschrieben.

Überraschend dann doch die extrem steile „Hühnerleiter“ in den 2.Stock. Dort einen Koffer hochzuwuchten quasi unmöglich. Wir haben das Nötigste für die Nacht in der Hand mitgenommen und den Koffer im Auto gelassen. Besser Appt 5 buchen, ist einen Stock tiefer und hat nur eine etwas weniger steile Treppe. Schlafzimmer sollte zur Eingangsseite sein, da es sonst unglaublich heiss im Zimmer wird. Zimmer konnte nicht verdunkelt werden, damit war die Nacht um 4h vorbei. Die Minivorhänge konnten nur ein bisschen Sonnenschutz am Tag bieten. Vor der Tür lag bei Ankunft eine durchsichtige Plastiktüte mit mehreren verschimmelten Fladenbroten, die lag auch bei Abreise noch da - etwas ekelig. Der einzige Rauchmelder war abmontiert, hing nur noch die Verkleidung an der Decke, im zweiten Stock eines Altbaus wäre es unter Sicherheitsaspekten sinnvoll, dass einer da ist….
