Perfect place to stay in Wismar

Lovely apartment, beautifully designed and furnished and well-equipped. In an excellent position on the edge of the old city with a little canal (the only one remaining of four medieval canals that used to criss-cross the city) running past our door. A quiet area with a view of one of the old churches from the window. Only a couple of minutes walk from the railway station. Wismar is a lovely little city, a Unesco world heritage site.

shower is in the room after the shower there was always very strong smell from the pipes - The apartment was newly renovated. I guess if the property is now frequently used it is not the issue anymore.

Wenn frei, sofort buchen :)

Wir waren im "Buddelschiff" (Apartment 4) im 2. OG untergebracht und können diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Sie liegt für Bahnraneisende nur einen Katzensprung vom Bahnhof in Wismar entfernt, sehr ruhig und mit schönen Ausblicken auf das Bächlein Grube und die Nikolai-Kirche. Zu Fuß sind es, keine 10 Minuten bis zum Marktplatz in der Innenstadt. Großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit Sofalandschaft und sehr großem TV-Gerät (mit Netflix und Prime). Praktische Durchreiche zur Küche, die mit Wasserkocher, Kaffemaschine, Herd, Backofen und allen Küchenutensilien perfekt ausgestattet ist. Sehr schönes Badezimmer, bequeme Matratzen im Schlafzimmer, was will man mehr. Auch im kalten Dezember war die Wohnung schön warm. Bei der Abreise konnten wir zudem eine halbe Stunde länger als eigentlich zulässig in der Wohnung bleiben. Top! Dazu kommt die schnelle und klare Kommunikation. Zugang zur Wohnung erhält man über einen Code für die Schlüsselbox. Schlüssel passt dann für unten und oben. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Wäre es wärmer in der Wohnung gewesen, wäre es wahrscheinlich toll gewesen. Aber 2 von 4 Tage frieren, das war nichts wo

Schön ausgestattet und gut gelegen.

Bei -7 Grad abends angereist und die Heizungen standen auf 1 🙈 Es hat 2 Tage gedauert, bis wir den Abend ohne Bettdecke auf der Couch ausklingen lassen konnten.

Super gemütliche Ferienwohnung in Wismar

Total geräumige Wohnung. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause. Sehr zentral gelegen. Man ist sofort in der Innenstadt, aber trotzdem ist es noch sehr ruhig gelegen. Man kann nachts ruhig die Fenster öffnen und es ist total leise draußen. Die Bushaltestelle ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

Man bekam die Fahrräder etwas schlecht aus dem Abstellraum, weil die Autos davor parken. Das ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Sehr ordentlich und sauber, Wohnungs- und Kücheneinrichtung recht neu, modern und insgesamt TOP, Zahlreiche auch speziellere Kochutensilien in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden.

Die Mülltrennung bzw. die Kennzeichnung kann offensichtlich noch optimiert werden: 3 Behälter in der Küche für Pappe - Plastik - Restmüll sind vorhanden. Ebenso 3 Tonnen vor dem Haus mit farbigen Deckeln, blau (Pappe), gelb(Plastik) und schwarz (Restmüll oder Lebensmittelreste oder doch Plastik/Leichtmetal...?). Beim Verständnis, was in die schwarze Tonne gehört, gibt es offenbar unterschiedliche Ansichten, denn dort fand sich alles wieder... Unser Schlüssel passte übrigens nicht wie eigentlich angegeben in die Tür von "Back 2", falls dort noch weitere Behälter für Glas, etc. stehen sollten.

Gut für Wismar zu erkunden

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut . Altstadt und Hafen sind gut zu Fuß bzu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist groß genug für 6 Personen sehr großes Bad. Ausstattung ist ausreichend.

Schlampige Organisation verhindert ein deutlich besseres Ergebnis

Die Wohnung

Die Organisation. Der Schlüssel für die Wohnung lag zur vereinbarten Zeit nicht an seinem Platz. Nach Anruf beim Vermieter wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Wohnung nicht vorbereitet ist. Am Ende konnten wir die Wohnung erst 90 Minuten später beziehen. Eine weitere Reaktion des Vermieters erfolgte nicht. Aufgrund eines weiteren Vorfalls bei einem letzten Urlaub in MV , ist dieses Bundesland als Urlaubsziel vorerst gestrichen.

Apartamento nuevo pero con mala distribución

El apartamento estaba nuevo y muy limpio

La habitación principal era una zona de paso entre el salón-cocina y la otra habitación. Además dentro de la misma habitación estaba la ducha para las cuatro personas, lo que resultaba claramente incómodo. El salón tena una puerta de cristal que comunicaba con el exterior, lo que nos daba algo de sensación de inseguridad.

Gut und bequem eingerichtet, sauber und geräumig.

Die Parkflächen waren sehr eng. Der Vermieter ist ohne Ankündigung in der Wohnung gewesen und hat Blumen gegossen, obwohl es in der Wohhnung vermerkt war, dass man gießen sollte und ich es auch getan habe.

Tolle Wohnung, Top Lage, sehr schlechtes WLAN

Tolle Lage , schöne Wohnung, Platz für die Fahrräder in einem Schuppen, Parkplatz für das Auto vorhanden.

WLAN ist eine Katastrophe ich konnte nicht ein einziges Mal auf den Server meiner Firma da es kein WLAN Empfang gab. Auch im Zeitalter der Streaming Dienste keine Chance auf Nutzung Netflix oder Prime oder andere…Hier kann ich nicht verstehen, dass man seitens der Gastgeber bisher trotz vieler schlechten Bewertungen in diesem Punkt nicht reagieren will. Eine gescheite Fritz Box und entsprechend starke Repeater beheben das Problem eigentlich sehr schnell ☺️

Wij verbleven in Ankerplatz. Centrale ligging en toch rustig. Mooi uitzicht op authentiek grachten. Gratis parkeren. Goede keuken met o.a. grote koelkast en vriezer. Fijne oven. Een eigen terras

De indeling van slapen en wc/douche is wat onlogisch. Douche is in de slaapkamer, wc om een hoekje. 2e slaapkamer komt uit in de eerste. Voor ons als gezin geen probleem. Afzuiging / ventilatie van wc en douche is luid. De verlichting is fel in de slaapkamer.

Komfortable Wohnung in Innenstadt Lage

Die Unterkunft ist sehr komfortabel, wir können uns hier nur den anderen positiven Bewertungen anschließen. Der zur Verfügung gestellte Parkplatz ist in der Innenstadt besonders zu erwähnen.

Wir hatten Apartment vier in diesem Mehrfamilienhaus. Leider hat das WLAN nicht funktioniert. Wir haben den Vermieter am Anreisetag darüber informiert. Diese hat auf unsere Anfrage nicht reagiert. Das Gleiche gilt für den nicht funktionierenden zweiten Fernseher. Auf meine Rückfrage am Abreisetag (telefonisch) entgegnete der Vermieter, dass er die Information nicht gelesen habe. Entschuldigt hat er sich dafür nicht. Den anderen Bewertungen habe ich inzwischen entnommen, dass das WLAN Problem ein bekanntes für den Vermieter sein sollte. Leider besteht hier wohl gar kein Interesse, diesen Mangel zu beheben.

tolles Quartier für einen Wismar Aufenthalt

wie sagt der Makler: Lage, Lage, Lage. Die Position der Ferienwohnungen an der Mühlengrube sind perfekt für einen Wismar Besuch. Keine 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und der Nikolaikirche. 10 Gehminuten zum Hafen oder der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung "Buddelschif" ist liebevoll und vollständig ausgestattet. Die Betten sinf bequem und die Zimmer geräumig. Keinerlei Abstriche für die Wohnung als solche.

Die Internetverbindung ist etwas vorsintflutlich. Keine 10 MBit/sec über den gesamten Aufenthaltszeitraum. Mit einer höheren Bandbreite könnte auch der vorhandene moderne Fernseher ans Netz angeschlossen und die (freien) Mediatheken genutzt werden. Dieser Kritikpunkt hat aber unsere Begeisterung für den Aufenthalt nicht wirklich eingeschränkt und sollte nur als Verbesserungsanregung verstanden werden.

Mit einigen Einschränkungen ist die Unterkunft passabel.

Die Unterkunft ist hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt recht zentral und in einer ruhigen Wohngegend.

Die Unterkunft hätte sauberer sein können. Über der Toilette waren lange Spinnweben, die anscheinend schon länger dort verweilen. In einer Schale im Küchenschrank lagen 2 alte Brötchen. Der Fliesenspiegel in der Küche war nicht richtig sauber. Es gab einen Schuppen, in dem man Fahrräder unterstellen konnte. Leider war es uns nicht möglich , diesen zu nutzen. Die Autos standen zu dicht an der Tür.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, top gelegen.

Die Wohnung war perfekt gelegen. 2 Minuten vom Bahnhof, 5 Minuten von der Innenstadt, direkt am Kanal. Dazu sind die beiden Wohnungen liebevoll hergerichtet. Es hat unsere Erwartungen sogar noch übertroffen

Die einzige Herausforderung war, dass es nur 1 Klorolle hatte und die Läden am 1. Mai geschlossen waren.

helles Zimmer, für 2 Personen oK, alles ebenerdig, Parkmöglichkeit ist problemarm ( es müssen sich alle Mühe geben, sonst ist es zu eng), zentrale Stadtlage, In den Schränken sind ausreichend große Töpfe und Pfannen

viel zu enges Bad, rutschige Fliesen, das Wasser läuft schlecht ab, Der Toilettensitz ist nicht behinderten gerecht erhöht, keine Haltegriffe in der Dusche, wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad . hellhörig auch bei geschlossenem Fenster aus der Nachbarwohnung, es gibt keine Brettchen, keine Bedienungsanleitung für die Küchengeräte, Die Ausstattung besteht aus 3 Tellern, 2 Gabeln für 3 Personen, 3 Teelöffeln . Die Messer sind nicht scharf Das Bett ist nicht behinderten freundlich erhöht, keine Reinigungsmittel zB WC Reiniger. keine Müllbeutel zum nachfüllen. Es gibt leider keinen Ordner mit Hinweisen auf aktuelle Veranstaltungen, Öffnungszeiten und Stadtplan, Die Durchgänge im Bad sind sehr schmal, .Die Stühle sind unbequem und hart.

Wir haben viel gesehen. Wismar ist ein Urlaub wert.

Uns wurde die Wohnung mit Terasse angeboten, leider waren weder ein Stuhl noch ein Tisch vorhanden. Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt,Sodas wir den Kaffee mit dem Wasserkocher( mussten wir erst entkalken) kochen mussten.sonst hat uns die Wohnung gut gefallen.
