Excellent apartment in excellent location.

Great apartments with all what you need. I traveled with 18 yo daughter, we lived in separate rooms (both rooms have TV) and felt like at home. Apartment is clean, facilities like washing machine and especially dryer turned out to be very useful. Comfortable bed, kitchenware to cook, what else you need?.

Top Lage…gemütlich… Parkplatz kostenfrei in der Nähe.

Top Lage. Sehr Zentral. Toller herzlicher Empfang. Gemütliches kleines Apartment. Mit allem ausgestattet. Kaffee, Tee und Gewürze waren auch da. In der Nähe ist ein öffentlicher Parkplatz, wo man sein Auto beruhigt kostenlos parken kann.

Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum, ist sauber und nicht an der Strasse. Öffentliche Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Sehr guter Kontakt zur Schlüsselübergabe bei An-und Abreise👍

Wohlfühlen und Ankommen in Wismar

Die liebevolle Betreuung und das wunderbare Appartement ließen uns und unseren Hund rundherum wohlfühlen. Alles was wir brauchten um ein paar Tage dem Alltag zu entfliehen war vorhanden. Die tolle Lage zur Altstadt und zum Hafen waren für uns zusätzliche Pluspunkte.

Die Wohnung, die Lage, die Stadt.

Die Außentür zur Straße und der Treppenaufgang sind ungepflegt, machen keinen guten Eindruck. Im Gegensatz zur Wohnung. Außerdem ist die Treppe sehr steil.

Wenn ich wieder nach Wismar komme, würde ich dennoch wieder gerne dort übernachten.

Sehr gut war die Ausstattung und auch die Beleuchtung, so dass man ausreichend aber auch gemütliches Licht hatte. Überrascht und erfreut war ich zudem von der Sauberkeit in der Wohnung und auch das ausreichend Abstellflächen vorhanden waren. Nett war auch der kleine Nikolausgruß auf dem Tisch.

Im der Wohnküche war ein Kohlenmonoxidmelder installiert, der allerdings regelmäßig kleine Lichtsignale abgab, was ich zum Schlafen etwas ungeeignet fand.

Wunderschöne Tage in dieser sonnigen, liebevoll eingerichteten Altbauwohnung im Herzen Wismars.

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Appartment in bester Lage in der Altstadt Wismars. Toller Altbau, gut geschnittene Wohnung, super ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr aufmerksam, zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein und Schokolade. Kaffee und Tee und Gewürze sind vorhanden, das ist toll. Ein defekter Toaster wurde binnen Minuten ausgetauscht und es gibt viele Tipps fürs Unternehmungen und Restaurants. Die Betten sind bequem. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Ein sehr gut gelegenes Apartment in Wismar und im Herzen der Region mit hilfsbereiten Vermietern

Bestechend war die sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt und der unkomplizierte Kontakt via WhatsApp zur Vermieterin, die schnell auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche reagierte. Und obwohl das Apartment direkt auf eine zentrale Verkehrsader hinausgeht, war es am Abend und in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Gleichzeitig erlaubte einem die Lage, nicht nur die kulturellen Highlights und Wismarer Gastronomie, sondern auch Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs und Bushaltestellen des ÖPNV fußläufig und schnell zu erreichen.

Irritierend waren die Bilder der Webseite, die ein falsches Bild vom Zuschnitt der Wohnung und dem Komfort vermitteln. Das Apartment bestand zwar aus zwei Schlafzimmern, jedoch war "Schlaf"-Zimmer Nr.1 sowohl Wohn- als auch Schlafzimmer in einem ohne irgendeine räumliche Trennung und Zimmer Nr.2 ein Küchen-Ess-Schlafzimmer, ebenfalls ohne eine räumliche Trennung. Wer also spät Filme schauen oder sich abends in der Küche noch etwas machen wollte, störte damit zwangsläufig jemanden, der in diesem Zimmer schlafen wollte/musste. Besser wäre es wohl gewesen, wenn man die 4 Betten in Zimmer 1 getan hätte und die paar Wohnbereichsmöbel samt TV Screen in Zimmer 2 integriert hätte. Somit hätte es einen räumlich getrennten Schlafbereich gegeben. Für 4 Personen wird es sehr eng, für zwei Personen ist die Größe okay.

Nicht für Lärmempfindlichkeit

Ausstattung super Betten nicht durchgelegen.

Zu viel Dreck nichts für Allergiker auf dem Nachttisch sehr viel Staub, Toilettentür von innen verdreckt, Klo sind noch Haare, Müll noch vom Vorurlauber , Besteck verdeckt, Feuerlöscher seit 1 Jahr abgelaufen, Rauchmelder fehlt, Backofen noch Krümel drin, trotzdem geschlossen Fenster extrem Lärm von der Straße die ganze Nacht durch.

Schöne saubere Wohnung in super Lage

Tolle sauberere Wohnung ist bester Lage, um alles zu Fuß zu erkunden. Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war perfekt- freundlich und viele Informationen. Die Wohnung ist mit Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet, was ich sehr praktisch fand.

Die Beleuchtung war mir etwas zu dunkel- aber das ist Geschmackssache. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt hätte ich eine Spülmaschine vermisst.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Ferienwohnung Altstadtliebe in Wismar und können sie nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Die Wohnung ist nicht nur wunderschön eingerichtet, sondern auch super gemütlich. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Besonders toll war die Lage: Mitten in der historischen Altstadt und trotzdem total ruhig. Alles, was man braucht, ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Die Gastgeber waren auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht hat. Wer eine stilvolle, saubere und perfekt gelegene Ferienwohnung in Wismar sucht, ist hier genau richtig!

Die Treppe in die die 1. Etage, in der die Wohnung lag. Handlauf fehlte an der Wand (wurde aber bereits an die Vermieterin kommuniziert) und das Duschen bzw. das Ein- u. Aussteigen in/aus die/der Badewanne war etwas schwierig ...

Hübsche Lübsche

Eine sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit großen Fenstern und einem fantastischen Blick in die Wismarer Altstadt. In Laufweite sind gleich mehrere gute Cafés (Fika, Öxl, Eigensinn etc.) und man ist bereits direkt in der Altstadt.

Super zuvorkommende und sehr nette Gastgeber, die sich sehr kümmern. Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Betten sind auch sehr gut, nicht zu weich.

Ein Geschirrspüler fehlt. Eine Mikrowelle wäre auch nicht schlecht.
