A comfortable house in a convenient location, perfect for a family.

Check-in was really easy and the owner was nice enough to let us into the property early. The location was perfect, in between the harbour and the old town. I was surprised to find we had our own entrance and didn't have to go up any stairs to get to the apartment, which was nice. The living area was spacious and comfortable and ideal for a family trip.

Overall very comfortable and good experience, except for the wi-fi and oven.

The host was very attentive and sent me information on how to get the keys, and the house was excellent. The place was clean and comfortable, and since the kitchen had almost everything we could cook.

Since we were travelling for a Workshop and university purposes, the bad wi-fi connection made completing extra research and assignments when we arrived from the university extremely hard. Another thing that was a little troublesome was that the oven didn't work. One of the switches was stuck so we could not heat pre-made food.

Comfortable, large space, location near center. Well equipped for the kitchen.

- Wi-Fi is so slow. It is not possible to do video call or zoom meetings. Sometime it is totally no service at all and we cant reach out to owner. (No reply at all) - The heater on the ground floor doesn't work, they cut down the ground floor (probably they don't want to spend cost on heat) only turn on heaters in bedrooms (2nd floor) which made us freezing cold in the living room and kitchen. - The owner doesn't speak English, we tried to contact them after speaking English with them, they hung up the call. We have to ask a German friend to contact them... Which is strange... They should prepare and be more ready when they decide to start hotel business, not only clients will be able to communicate in Deutsch. - Hard to contact: Message to owner, no reply no feedback

Wohlfühlen im Advent

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral am Rande der Altstadt von Wismar, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und war liebevoll der Jahreszeit entsprechend dekoriert (Advent). Wir hatten zu fünft (vier Erwachsene und eine 10-Jährige) sehr viel Platz. Leider haben wir das Wohnzimmer nicht genutzt, da wir uns, wenn wir nicht unterwegs waren, am geräumigen Esstisch aufgehalten und gespielt haben. Es gibt ausreichend Geschirr auch für mehrere Mahlzeiten, ohne dass abgewaschen werden muss. Das Bad ist bietet ebenfalls viel Platz, auch für die Handtücher; im Schlafzimmer gibt es gute Ablageflächen für die Kleidung.

Die Dusche sollte mal gründlich gereinigt werden (einfach mal reinstellen und die Duschtür schließen). War aber noch ok.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, am Rande der Altstadt, alles gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist viel schöner als auf den Bildern, die werden ihr nicht gerecht. Das sollten Sie ergänzen.

Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: es gab keine Infos zu Parkmöglichkeiten, das hat uns einen satten Strafzettel eingebracht. Ein netter Polizist hat uns schließlich Parkmöglichkeiten genannt. Und die Töpfe und Pfannen waren fast alle schmutzig.

großes Wohnzimmer kombiniert mit großer Wohnküche Schlafzimmer außergewöhnlich komfortabel Küchenausstattung sehr umfangreich Bad ausstattung mit Dusche und Wanne und zusätzlichem Gäste-WC nur wenige Schritte zur Georgenkirche und trotzdem ruhig gelegen

Die Wohnung hatte mehrere Stolperfallen, was für ältere Menschen problematisch werden könnte. Das Parken war etwas kompliziert, aber möglich.

Schönes Wochenende

Kontaktaufnahme durch den Vermieter bis hin zur Schlüsselübergabe, freundlich, verständlich. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll, ansprechend und gemütlich. Von der Wohnung nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt oder zum Hafen. Dank der tollen Ausstattung und der Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Recht herzlichen Dank

Großzügige Ferienwohnung über zwei Etagen, große Küche mit allen Notwendigkeiten

Die Ferienwohnung ist eines der typischen kleinen Häuser in der Wismarer Altstadt mit engem Hinterhof und direkten Nachbarn. Wenn diese rauchen und man bei offenem Fenster schläft, zieht der Zigarettenrauch direkt ins Zimmer. Dafür kann der Vermieter aber natürlich nichts.

- schwaches WLAN Signal, dass Abends fast ganz zusammenbrach, so dass nicht mal mehr einfache Seiten laden konnten - leider auch in guten Hotels die Regel, aber ich würde mir generell bessere Matratzen wünschen

Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete FeWo über zwei Ebenen. Unten Wohnküche, großes Wohnzimmer und separates WC. Oben zwei sehr schöne, geräumige Schlafzimmer und großes Bad. Bequeme Betten.

Es waren Kleinigkeiten, die man schnell ändern kann. An der Balkontür war eine Ecke der Fußleiste lose und ist ständig abgefallen. An der WC-Tür waren die Manschetten der Türklinken lose und es fehlte ein Besen.
