Leider enttäuscht !

Die zentrale Lage war sehr gut.

Wir waren von der Sauberkeit enttäuscht. Staubige Nachttischlampen, Schimmelspuren auf dem Handtuchhalter und Staub auf den Wandhandtuchhaltern.leider mussten wir auch erst den Backofen vor der Benutzung putzen. Hier wurde offensichtlich lange nicht richtig sauber gemacht und im zweiten Bad gibt es kein warmes Wasser, sollte man auch wissen. Alles in allem hatte ich mir mehr erhofft.

Die Wohnung ist sauber und zentral. Der Betreuer der Wohnung ist rund um die Uhr telefonisch erreichbar. Alles unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Wir haben diese Wohnung bereits wieder gebucht.

Große und rühige FeWo gut ausgestattet in Wismar

Die Lage, trotz Bahnhof in der Nähe, war sauber und Rühig.

Eine Garderobe war nicht vorhanden. Das große Badezimmer verdint eine Grundreinigung :) Eine Schere hat uns gefehlt, abwohl die Küche super gut ausgestattet ist.

Die Lage ist super!!! Direkt am Bahnhof und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Zentrum war ein Paar Schritte entfernt.

Dusche funktioniert sehr launisch, mal sehr kalt, mal sehr heiß.

Schönes Wochenende in schöner Ferienwohnung in Wismar

Der Hauskeeper Alexander hat auf uns gewartet und uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Alexander hat uns auch geholfen unser Gepäck in die Wohnung zu tragen.

Die Lage war sehr gut! Größe für mehrere Personen sehr passend. Architektonisch besonders.

Bis wir den Eingang gefunden haben war kompliziert. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Küche war sehr mäßig. Müllentsorgung schwierig.

Schönes Loft als toller Startpunkt, um Wismar zu erkunden.

Sehr gute Lage, viel Platz

Die Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten (Gardinen) sind nicht geeignet, um das Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch abzudunkeln. Insbesondere gibt es keinen Möglichkeit, das hohe Fenster im Wohnzimmer abzudecken, sodass das Licht der Straßenlaterne das Zimmer nachts beleuchtet.

Sehr große Ferienwohnung zu einem guten Preis

Schlüssel Übergabe war sehr gut organisiert. Es hatte jeder sein eigenes Schlafzimmer, große Stube mit super Fernseher incl. Netflix. Wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Toilette, nah an einer Fußgängerzone und einem Bahnhof. Wären gern noch länger geblieben aber die Arbeit war fertig.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine tolle Lage, die Ausstattung war sehr gut, die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, man kann gut mit dem PKW ausladen ohne weite Wege. Die Parkplätze sind direkt gegenüber am (Haupt)Bahnhof, die Preise sind wirklich super. vor 9:00 uhr zahlt man 1,00 €uro für den ganzen Tag und ab 9:00 uhr 4,00 €uro für den ganzen Tag parken.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig und der Boden knarscht (es hat seinen Charm, aber nachts wird man dennoch bei jeder Bewegung wach. Es erfordert viel Erfindergeist die Wohnung so dunkel zu bekommen, das die Kids nicht gleich mit den ersten Sonnenstrahlen (um 5:00) aufwachen.
