Would be excellent for person WITHOUT E-bike!

Location was fine. Room was clean, comfortable, excellent mattress! Owner answered call quickly. Very helpful

"a few steps" was the description, but reality proved to be steep steps, almost impossible to get my e-bike up ... then steps DOWN to the bike storage place ... not to be recommended for single E-bike traveler

The shared courtyard was nice. Check in was fast and flexible. The location was great.

clean and cozy apartment in a good location

Location is very central in old town. Apartment is ok equipped (kitchenette, kettle, fridge), clean and very cozy. Comfortable beds. Complementary water and Sekt was a nice welcome. Good wi-fi. The hosts were lovely, and we appreciate a tip about the free parking just behind the main parking lot.

The stairs are narrow and steep. The need for calling of owners to receive the keys is not optimal. The key box would be much more convenient, with the thought of our poor German skills.

The apartment is excellently furnished and very nice. The location is perfect, between the old port and the city centre. Kudos and thanks to the cleaning lady for bringing us a properly sized bed cover when we requested it rather late in the evening.

We informed the facility 1 hour in advance that we would be arriving earlier than previously communicated, but still within the check-in window. The new check-in time was confirmed immediately, but then we had to wait for a little less than half an hour for the staff to hand us the keys - which were given to us about 45 minutes later than our expected arrival time. Not the end of the world, but with little kids and heavy backpacks, not pleasant. Also, the stairs are rather steep.

Ground floor apartment with reasonable facilities (kitchenette, kettle, fridge).

We arrived within the check-in period, but no-one was there. we phoned, and had to wait 20 minutes for the hosts to arrive and let us in.

A great location in a very clean apartment!

Very, very clean. Comfortable beds. Every thing we needed for a couple nights’ stay. Excellent location, right on the edge of the Altestadt. Friendly owners.

Location is on a busy commuter route, so morning traffic was loud. Towels and pillows a bit on the skimpy side. Up four flights of steps, not a problem for us (nice views) but might be for some.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Lage ist wirklich super, alles war sauber und die Betten bequem. Es ist viel Platz und im TK Schrank waren sogar Eiswürfel.

Die Angabe 1. Obergeschoss ist irreführend, dort ist die Tür, aber dann geht es noch eine steile Treppe hoch. Die Küche war zwar ganz gut ausgestattet, aber etwas mehr Besteck und ein paar mehr Gläser und Tassen (besonders größere) wären gut.

Gerne wieder

Hübsche kleine Wohnung, alles nötige vorhanden, super zentrale Lage, schnell am Hafen, schnell in der Fußgängerzone, schnell am Bahnhof, großer kostenloser Parkplatz in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Kleines Problem mit der Bettwäsche wurde umgehend behoben.

Bei Ankunft keine Haltemöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Keine 10 Minuten gehalten, um die Schlüssel aus den Kästchen zu nehmen und das Gepäck in die Wohnung zu bringen. Hat uns leider direkt 25 € gekostet. Im November, am Abend, niemand mehr unterwegs... Das war sehr schade und kein guter Beginn. Meiner 90 jährigen Mutter konnte ich es aber nicht zumuten, das Gepäck vom (sonst sehr gut gelegenen) Parkplatz zur Wohnung zu tragen.

Für einen Kurz-Aufenthalt zwischen Altstadt und Hafen

Gute Lage zwischen Hafen und Altstadt. Studio mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet..Sogar ein Piccolo stand bei Ankunft auf dem Tisch.

Wir waren schon einmal über Booking auf diese Ferienwohnung gelandet und wollten die damalige gerne wieder buchen, was wir dem Vermieter auch verdeutlicht hatten. Nur... Dieses Mal war es eine ganz andere Wohnung... Und das war mir nicht mitgeteilt worden. Ferner: Das Studio war wie ein Schlauch angeordnet. Folgerichtig waren Bad und WC doch sehr beengt. Und die vom Vermieter angebotenen Parkmöglichkeiten waren viel zu weit weg. Gerade für längere Aufenthalte also keine gute Option. Und es war dort ziemlich hellhörig.

Beliggenhed i udkanten af centrum på gåafstand fra restauranter, caféer, seværdigheder, indkøb og havnen.

Die FEWO können wir für einen Besuch in Wismar weiter empfehlen.

Die FEWO war gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und mit ausreichend Platz. Sie lag sehr Nahe dem Zentrum in einer ruhigen Straße. Unser Schlüssel lag in einem Kasten bereit, welcher mit einem Code zu öffnen war. Dadurch waren wir bei der Anreise doch recht flexibel. Wir hatten im Vorfeld um ein 2.Kopfkissen gebeten, dieses lag bei unserer Anreise auch bereit. Im Innenhof befand sich eine gemütliche Sitzecke mit Überdachung, welche zum Verweilen geeignet war. Auch unsere E-Räder konnten wir im Innenhof sicher abstellen.Doch leider mussten wir damit immer erst einmal durch das Treppenhaus mit einigen Stufen. Unser Auto konnten wir einige Gehminuten weiter auf einem kostenlosen Großparkplatz abstellen.

Da die FEWO im Zentrum lag, war das Parken nur mit Anwohnerausweis möglich,was ja soweit auch okey ist. Doch zum Ein-und Ausladen der Koffer und Räder waren die Anwohnerparkplätze natürlich alle belegt. So standen wir dadurch im absoluten Halteverbot und wir haben echt gebangt, dass wir in der kurzen Zeit kein Ticket kriegen. Um in unsere FEWO zu gelangen mußten wir 2 recht Steile Treppen steigen, was schon manchmal recht mühsam war, da wir nun auch nicht mehr die aller Jüngsten sind.

Wie gesagt ist die Wohnung für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht unbedingt geeignet.

Die Lage war gut. Zimmer war o.k.

Parkplatzsituation katastrophal. Treppe in den ersten Stock sehr steil und schmal. Für einen älteren Herrn mit großem Koffer sehr gefährlich. Zumal ich auch leicht gehbehindert bin. Bereits am 1. Tag reklamert, das der Abfluß im Handwaschbecken nicht funktioniert. Der Abfluß in der Dusche war benfalls sehr langsam. Der nächste Tag war ein Feiertag. Tags drauf kümmerte man sich. Der Schaden konnte aber nicht behoben werden. Am Tag vor der Abreise bot man uns dann ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoß an. Das war natürlich für eine Nacht zu aufwendig.
