The pool and the large garden plus easy private parking were a big plus bonus.Good location for walking into Dinan,takes approx 25 minutes and is really easy to follow the route provided.Super hosts,had a small problem opening the patio door for entry on day 2 of our visit and Olivier and Laurette were immediately there to resolve the issue,many thanks.
Although next to a road the property was really quiet,within 2 mins you could walk to wood's and field's which was relaxing.

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is furnished with style and has everything you need. The location is perfect for exploring this part of Bretania. With safe and big parking. Close to Dinan city center and still in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and come back if we ever return to this part of France.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillies avec une gentillesse et une chaleur rares. Laurette est une hôte exceptionnelle – attentionnée, généreuse et toujours souriante. Son logement est impeccable, décoré avec soin et vraiment chaleureux. On s’y sent tout de suite bien, comme à la maison. Merci Laurette pour ces beaux moments – nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Une adresse à recommander sans hésitation!

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles topmodern und sehr gepflegt. Das Bett hatte eine angenehme Größe und die Matratze eine gute Härte. Der Außenbereich lud zum morgendlichen Frühstück und Abendessen draußen mit Blick zum Pool ein. Eine Wohltat nach den sightseeing Tagen eine Runde in diesem angenehm warmen Pool zu drehen.
Dinan, Saint Malo, Dinard, alles nicht weit.
Die Küchenausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Wir kommen wieder.....
