Very near all amenities. And short journeys to shopping outlets

It was central and easy to find .underground parking was good we had a fat tyre on the day we were to leave and despite taking out AA INSURANCE it would have been 1hour 45 mins before they could come .so the host of the Property Patrick was so helpful xx

Clean and comfortable with very friendly hosts.

We were travelling on motorcycles, the owner was not aware of this prior to arrival and we should have mentioned it in our communications, once we arrived we didn't feel comfortable leaving them in the carpark as we had a lot of travelling to do on them and could not afford any problems, the owners let us use the underground carpark which was great and he was very helpful explaining everything before hand. I would like to add Patrick could not have done more for us providing us with milk and water on our late arrival on a Sunday (everywhere closed) Unfortunately for us location was not ideal and we really should have booked something nearer to town.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, immaculate, and in a great location. The hostess is conscientious about cleanliness and comfort. The apartment is 1 km, an easy walk, from historic Dinan, in a quiet area.

Een prima appartement en een goede uitvalsbasis om Dinan en omgeving te verkennen.

De eigenaar stond al op ons te wachten toen we aankwamen en heeft ons uitgebreid wegwijs gemaakt in het gebouw en in het appartement en gaf ons tips voor winkels, bezienswaardigheden en horeca in de stad en de regio: een zeer gastvrije ontvangst. Het appartement ligt op de begane grond en is bijzonder ruim, met een aparte slaapkamer en aparte wc. Het aanrecht en de kookvoorziening zijn niet heel groot maar efficiënt en voldoende geoutilleerd, er was koffie en thee aanwezig. Ook de badkamer was van alle gemakken voorzien. De (gratis) parkeermogelijkheden bij het appartement zijn uitstekend. De eigenaar is goed bereikbaar voor eventuele vragen en bijvoorbeeld schone handdoeken. Het appartement ligt op minder dan 20 minuten lopen van het historisch centrum van Dinan. Onderweg vind je goede bakkers, een goede slager/traiteur en een supermarkt die tot in de avond is geopend. Een grote Leclerc supermarkt ligt op 5 autominuten van het appartement.

De directe omgeving van het appartement, hoewel veilig en rustig, nodigde ons niet echt uit om 's avonds nog een ommetje te maken.

Belle escapade à Dinan - Je recommande ce lieu.

Notre hôte a été adorable et très disponible. L'emplacement était calme, à une certaine distance du centre ville (on ne peut pas tout avoir !). Il était plaisant d'y revenir, quel que soit le moment de la journée. Résidence vraiment agréable à proximité immédiate d'un restaurant. Parking extérieur gratuit très appréciable mais parking souterrain également disponible selon l'animation du quartier. La chambre individuelle était confortable, tout comme la literie du canapé-lit qu'occupaient nos enfants. La salle d'eau était bien équipée et les toilettes séparées sont un plus indéniable, en tant que famille.

La vaisselle et les ustensiles étaient un peu juste en nombre pour une famille de 4 personnes. Le canapé-lit était très pratique à ouvrir ou refermer mais prenait de la place dans le salon lorsqu'il était ouvert; d'où le fait que je préconise plutôt ce logement pour un couple mais honnêtement en famille cela convient parfaitement aussi du fait de l'espace général disponible.

Très cosy et emplacement idéal pour la région

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Dinan et la région. Le centre de Dinan est accessible a pied, toutes les commodités sont accessibles également (dont un superchargeur Tesla, très proche, utile pour certains donc je le mentionne). L'hôte était très accueillant et nous a tout expliqué avec passion. Logement très confortable, mignon et avec une place de stationnement en souterrain si nécessaire. A recommander sans hésiter

Ottimo appartamento nella periferia di Dinan

Ampio appartamento, buone le dotazioni e la pulizia, letto e divano-letto comodi, disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito davanti casa o, se si preferisce, posto auto privato nel garage sotterraneo. Supermercato a 5 minuti in auto. Zona silenziosa e sicura. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.

Metterei le tende alle finestre per maggiore privacy rispetto al palazzo di fronte.

Assenza di lenzuala per il divano letto occupato da nostro figlio. Pulizia migliorabile. Assenza di tende "da giorno" alle finestre, che affacciavano su altri appartamenti o hotel, rendendo impossibile la privacy. Le tende scure "da notte" non garantivano l'oscurità.

Le logement est conforme à l’annonce avec une place de parking sous terrain. Dans le logement, nous n’entendons pas les bruits d’extérieur. Super pour un séjour calme en famille Nous étions 2 adultes et 1 bébé. La literie pour nous trois était super. Les hôtes sont gentils, d’arrangement et facilement accessible en cas de besoin.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Die große Wohnung ist sehr nett eingerichtet und komfortabel, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht! Die Lage mitten im Wohngebiet ist herrlich ruhig, ein großer Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto 3 Minuten entfernt. Der Gastgeber Patrick ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, somit auch der Check in/out wunderbar schnell und unkompliziert! Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenplatz direkt beim Haus, vor der Tür ist aber auch genug Gratisparkplatz vorhanden.

Apartamento muy amplio. Muy bien ubicado. Parking gratuito. Todo muy moderno, limpio y bien equipado. El trato con el anfitrión fue fantástico. Cama muy confortable. Gran experiencia en la bretaña francesa. Calidad - precio inmejorable. A 5 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad.

Apartament gran i confortable a 15min caminant del centre de Dinan. Els propietaris són molt agradables i acollidors. L’apartament està molt ben equipat, és espaiós i la relació qualitat/preu és excel·lent.

Très bon accueil, logement bien équipé, lumineux, tout le nécessaire cuisine et autres. Place de parking à proximité du logement. Nous avons passé 3 nuits confortables , logement bien chauffé, à disposition, café, thé et sucre. Nos remerciements de Carmen et Bernard de brest.

Posizione comodissima e facilmente raggiungibile, sia in macchina da autostrada, sia a piedi da centro città. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile davanti. Gestori super accoglienti e simpatici. Appartamento grande, pulito, profumato e attrezzato di tutto. Wifi perfettamente funzionante. Letto comodo. Cosa chiedere di più?

L'unico "difetto" erano gli asciugamani un po'duri.
