Gorgeous big apartment right in the heart of Florence; view into the Piazza della Signoria from the living room window; walking distance from everything, including tons of bars, cafes and restaurants; good shower and wifi; friendly and helpful staff
We had a communication problem on WhatsApp and they weren't able to see my messages, so we had to communicate through a friend who sent messages for us, so I'm not sure what happened there

The location was amazing! Step out the door and you looking at the Palazzo Vecchio, and Uffizi! Food, shopping. Amazing. The property was immaculately clean. The check-in/out process as easy as can be.
Being in the heart of everything, there is some mild outside noise in the evening but the bedroom is tucked back away from the piazza so there is no noise in the bedroom.

Location was great. but the price is getting a bit out of control.
The price is getting out of control. There are items in need of repair like the shower controls, toilet paper holder. For this price there should at least be a coffee machine and some cooking spices, etc.
