Terra Batista house

Nice small local style house in a quiet area, where mostly domestic people are living. The host gave us the keys via a lock-box, so we didn't actually meet in person until later. The house is furnished simply and practically, with a well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. We also used the fold-out bed in the entryway, which turned out to be very comfortable. The most-used item, of course, was a box of Lego, for which especially our youngest expedition member was grateful to the owner. Nice levada is starting literally few meters over the house.

I never give 10 points, because there's always room for improvement. But as far as we're concerned, nothing was missing here and our stay was perfect.

Good location, beautiful view and very clean, owners pay attention to detail . Close to the see and levada walks.

Nothing to complain, all perfect

Excellent location - a levada and some paths right from the front door. 10 minute drive to Porto da Cruz, and 15 minutes to supermarket. Clean and modern house. Good kitchen. Dishwasher! Host provided us with dehumidifiers and a portable heater, which were useful in winter.

Outdoor space is limited. Not an issue in wintertime, though.

Le paradis sur terre ! Une maison tout confort, d'une propreté impeccable. Et le summum, c'est cette vue sublime où que l'on se situe sur océan, montagne, ravins, villages perchés. Tout semble inviter à la découverte de cette région enchanteresse. Merci pour cette exceptionnelle découverte !
