Casa Duque in Santana with AC and heating

We love how secluded and quiet Casa Duque is. Joana the host communicated well throughout the process and met us on arrival to let us in and give us some tips for our stay. The house itself is large and well supplied with towels, bedding, a well stocked kitchen and washing machine and condenser dryer. Everything was spotlessly clean and we felt truly at home for the week we stayed. Thank you for our warm welcome!

Sehr schönes und besonderes Haus in einem wunderschönen Tal mit herrlichem Ausblick. Gute Anbindung an die Schnellstraße VE1 und trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage. In ein paar Minuten ist man an einem Strandbad was auf der Insel sehr selten ist, daneben eine Kartbahn die nach Spaß aussieht. Kurze Fahrwege nach Santana oder Porto da Cruz, wo es viel zu sehen gibt. Das Haus was sehr sauber und gut in Schuss, mit 2 Klimaanlagen/Heizungen und schnellem Internet. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns gleich ein paar Tipps für die Gegend gegeben :)

Mooie locatie, leuk huis, rustige omgeving, gastvrouw Joana was zeer vriendelijk en ze had goede tips voor ons! In de directe omgeving is veel te doen: mooie wandelingen gemaakt, en het pittoreske dorp Santana is ook vlakbij.

De dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt is 4 a 5 kilometer verderop in een dorp. Een huurauto is wel aan te bevelen!

Very nice host who welcomed us personally. She spoke perfect English and had bought some Bread and butter for us as we arrived very late. The house is big, with two terraces, a marvellous view, also from the big bedroom, kitchen is wel equiped. Beautiful and quiet surroundings. We can highly recommend this place.
