Good location with a short walk to the village centre. Located opposite the pathway to the falls and didn’t realise we got complimentary tickets included in the hotel booking which was a nice surprise. Dinner and breakfast were very good. Lovely family run hotel

Free parking and the staff. Location was good in that there was easy access to waterfall.
Lack of elevator and no tissues in the room.

Location was perfect to access waterfall and town. Highly recommend visiting waterfall first thing in morning on a weekday. Room had wonderful view over the valley.
Staff was off the day of our checkout (Monday) so there was no breakfast.

Hotel nicely situated and room was very clean.
Reception staff not very friendly upon arrival. Language maybe was a barrier, perhaps, but I didnt feel very welcome at all and the lady was very abrupt.
