The hosts are easy to communicate with and very responsive in answering questions about the Yellow House. The place is quite but one can hear the muffled but charming sounds of downtown - the bell tower hourly chime, the sax player on the street corner and bustle of the street market on Friday and Saturday. Two restaurants flank the building and provide no distractions. By the end of our two week stay climbing the stairs to the third floor was easier but we made sure we didn't make any unnecessary trips. Bringing our luggage and supplies in the first night was a task, but for anyone in moderate condition it is doable. Overweight and disabled will struggle to meet challenge. We are both 70 and the third floor was not a problem. We came to ride the Pinellas Bike Trail and brought our expensive bikes. I was leery about locking them up outside under the back staircase. Security and safety was not an issue. Salty air and rain however was. Bringing an ebike upstairs is not possible. Inside is nicely appointed and clean. Two bedrooms quiet. The smaller room's bed is not firm at all. The is a wall clock that ticks very loudly in that room. I removed battery. Plenty of clothes hangers and room for luggage. Linens in good condition. Towels in bathroom are soft and fluffy. Absorbant as well. Door outside to third story balcony is a great place to brush teeth in the morning and wonder about the upcoming

The unit is perfectly situated in the heart of the downtown. The property was impeccably clean and very nicely decorated. Internet was excellent and tv had access not only to spectrum but also Netflix and other streaming services. Our unit was on third floor, access on second floor. Great place!!

Our stay was wonderful. This property is very close to lots of restaurants, bars, shops, and other attractions. It was very clean and wonderfully decorated. The only caveat is that our unit (G) is on the top floor and we were not prepared for so many stairs. There are stairs (16-18 steps) to the door of the unit and then another set of stairs (12-14) up to the living space. My mother is 81 and she had some difficulty with the stairs. I did not see anything in the listing that indicated it was on the 3rd floor or I would have looked for something on a lower level. However, we managed and we would happily recommend this property and the owners. They were quick to respond to the only little issue we had with internet connectivity and they corrected the issue quickly.
