This is a lovely apartment in a fantastic very central location. The views out the windows are amazing. The host is very responsive and the access arrangements are very straightforward. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen good.

The air conditioning struggled with the heat while we were there. Fortunately, there is a fan also provided in the bedroom which helped us during the night. During the day having the windows open provided a little breeze.

Het appartement ligt centraal, ziet er recent opgeknapt uit, is ruim (slaapkamer en slaapbank + extra badkamer) en schoon. Het ligt vlakbij de metro en heeft makkelijke toegang d.m.v. sleutelkasje bij de voordeur van het appartement. Instructies daarvoor zijn duidelijk. De host geeft snel antwoord op de vragen per app. Het was ook fijn dat de koffers na uitchecken voor een dag konden worden opgeslagen op het kantoor van de verhuurder

Het zou fijn zijn als er een klein "start pakket" zou zijn; bijvoorbeeld een paar zakjes thee, paar Nespresso cups etc. Er was maar 1 rol toiletpapier en moest het ad hoc beneden bij de Pharmacie kopen. Dit kostte 8 euro! Ik heb de host gevraagd of dit kon worden gecompenseerd met de toeristenbelasting die contant moest worden achtergelaten maar heb hier helaas geen antwoord meer op ontvangen. Er was wel aangeboden dat er de volgende dag toiletpapier zou worden gebracht maar dat zou te laat zijn geweest

Location is amazing for walking people. You will love it.

Apartment is on top level as same as rooftop across the street. Music is chill, if this bothers you keep it in mind. There were some bird noises coming from the roof?

Location in the tourist center. But right at this spot, there is a very high concentration of physically imposing "street promoters" trying to force handmade bracelets on you. While we didn't experience direct aggression, we might have just been lucky. The apartment is spacious and features a comfortable double bed plus a sofa bed for two. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two bathrooms with high rainfall showers and excellent water pressure.

1) Check-in: The remote door opening system didn't work upon arrival. 2) AC & Windows: The air conditioning was broken. We had to keep the windows open, but since there were no mosquito nets, we struggled with insects and blowing curtains. This would be unbearable in hotter weather. 3) Host interaction: The host was not very friendly and showed little interest in resolving the issues we encountered. 4) Noise: There is a constant sound of running/gurgling water in the kitchen. Although you can hear music from the rooftop restaurant next door, but it wasn't a major disturbance. 5) Smells: Trash collection in the building is poor, resulting in a persistent unpleasant odor on the ground floor - this might be tough for sensitive guests. 6) Other: No kitchen towels or dishcloths provided. The kitchenware is minimal (only 4 sets of cutlery) and there is no lid for the frying pan. On our last day, we received instructions to clean the kitchen. It wasn't clear where to take the trash, and there was no way to sort it (only one bin provided).
