Unit located within walking distance to many of Rome's visiting sights. Unit located in local neighborhood near the museum of Archeology and Coliseum. Many restaurant and shops nearby.
Unit was on the first floor, but no elevator, difficulty getting luggage up to unit and down from unit. Host made an effort to help. Description of the apartment in booking.com described the unit to have 2 bathrooms and a terrace which it did not have.

Pulita con Smart tv e condizionatori, letti molto confortevoli.
Personale inesistente, scrivevo da booking nessuno mi rispondeva, 10 minuti a trovare la chiave che era in una scatola dentro l’androne della struttura, devi prima citofonare per farti aprire. City tax le vogliono solo in contanti nel 2026 una follia.

Great location, the apartment has everything you need. Comfortable and spacious. The facilities are great and they even left us breakfast items and complimentary coffee, which was greatly appreciated.
The washing machine was also a plus after travelling for a while.
The shower is really small. It was hard to shower without turning off the water every time you move.
