La cosa che apprezziamo di più di questo appartamento è la sua posizione, centrale e ad una distanza a piedi dai principali siti storici e culturali di Roma (Piazza di Spagna e Via Veneto proprio dietro l'angolo, Fontana di Trevi 5 minuti a piedi ...)
Tuttavia l'interno, rinnovato a gennaio, sa sorprendere con due camere da letto, due bagni, angolo cottura e una vista favolosa su Piazza Barberini.
La prima camera ha due letti singoli che ha richiesta può essere matrimoniale, si affaccia su Piazza Barberini con vista direttamente sulla Fontana del Tritone, la seconda con un letto matrimoniale a scomparsa nel soggiorno con mobile cucina, una porta separa questo spazio dalla seconda camera da letto creando un angolo molto comodo dove si trova un frigorifero e un piccolo tavolo per poter mangiare.
L'ampio soggiorno ti consente di rilassarti quando torni dalle tue visite in città.
I due bagni sono confortevoli, entrambi con doccia.
L'appartamento è dotato di un nuovo forno a microonde e tostapane, lavatrice, TV con Netflix in entrambe le camere. WIFI e aria condizionata per tutto l'appartamento.

The place was great. I stayed here with my husband, my mother and 3 kids. Initially the place was a little difficult to find but communication with our host was easy and we got in
My only negative was that we couldn't stay in the top loft because it got too hot and Italy laws prohibited turning the AC past a designated temperature.
I would stay here again if I came back to Rome. It does get a little loud at night but its because the location is right at the city center where its walking distabce to the Trevi Fountain.
This was a great place to stay and I would recommend it.

The property was well situated and accessible to so many sites and easy access to the metro. We so enjoyed our stay and the hosts were communicate, hospitable, and helpful.

This property is ideally located, as we were able to walk to all the major site (Colosseum, Spanish Step, train station, etc.) within 15-20 minutes. There are restaurants and coffee shops downstairs where we would get our morning cappuccinos and pastries as well as night caps after dinner. The space is small, but comfy. The property owner, Giulia was a great communicator and we had no issues checking in or departing. She even arranged airport pickup and drop off for us. I highly recommend this property and if we ever make our way back to Rome we will try to stay here again.

Location was great, view from windows wonderful. Four people staying only one roll of toliet paper had to buy our own. Cute place if things were cleaned up more... walls need to be painted , blankets need cleaning beds were ok, some light bulbs were out and would be nice to get more towels after afew days we stayed a week. was nice to get picked up from airport and back to airport from Enzo. Thank you for the wine. Air conditioner was working and wifi that was a plus. washing machine never used but looked kind of gross. All in all good but can be made much better with some improvements!
