Convenient! Refurbished/renovated 2 Bed 2 bath 82sqm (883 sq ft). 5th floor typical Nicois bourgeois building with elevator. Clear sunny view of hills facing north west. Under 10 min walk to the sea. 1 block from new underground tram station straight from airport. All new furniture, appliances etc. Central AC/Heat. Double pained windows with blackout curtains in bedrooms. Wood floors. Spacious yet cozy. 2 bathrooms with italian showers. Separate WC Late check in fees apply
