The large kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and a separate WC. The upper floor contains one double bedroom with a hand basin, another double bedroom with a hand basin, and a room with one bed and one double bed, both with exits to the balcony, as well as a shower and WC. The house features underfloor heating and parquet floors throughout.
