Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst door Sonja en Peter! Welgemeende aandacht voor de gasten! Schone kamer. Ontbijt en diner relatief eenvoudig maar voortreffelijk eten en erg lekker! Mijn ski's hadden gedurende de week problemen, Peter heeft daarom zijn eigen ski's uitgeleend! Erg aardig!
Eigenlijk niets. Misschien de weg naar het hotel, vanwege de sneeuwval een moeilijker begaanbare bergweg, sneeuwketting kunnen nodig zijn. We wisten dit op voorhand en waren er daarom op voorbereid.

Mám asistenčního psa, což se ukázalo, že byl problém. Zaplatila jsem příplatek za pobyt (úklid) psa, který neprobíhal, ale zároveň i za nové povlečení, že prý znehodnotil pokoj pro budoucí hosty alergiky. Dostali jsme vynadáno, že pes běhá po louce, jelikož tráva je určená pro krávy. Já jako diabetik po mozkových mrtvicích, jsem byla na místě překvapená, že v hotelu nevaří!, i když to na bookingu uvádí. Jiní hosté dostali malou večeři. Přišla jsem si podvedená, příliš mnoho fabulací, kterými jsem si nechtěla nechat zkazit dovolenou a nic řešit.
