very friendly, tried to do most efforts to help

language is an issue to non-German speakers, though we managed. that said, we could not get any information about the area, shops, activities.

The 6 people rooms should be rented to four because two sofa beds are located in the kitchen. Obviously kitchen is no a suitable place to sleep in.

The location is amazing and is in a very quiet neighborhood. Just 5 mins walking from the village center with many restaurants and cafes. The apartment was sparkling clean and had an amazing view. There is also a sauna, could not use due to a late arrival time. Parking is in front of the house otherwise the host will offer an alternative location.

Spacious well appointed accomodation in a huge ski area

Haus Diana is a 10 minute walk out of town and about 20 minutes from the Grafenberg lift but we used a ski depot near the lift to avoid clambering about with our boots and skis. There is a regular bus which stops 5 minutes away so that made the location OK for skiing. Walking back into town for the evening was a relaxing and enjoyable stroll.

We were met by the grandfather of the owner who is a lovely guy but didn't speak any English. This made checking in a bit of a chore but once we had the owner on the phone everything was quickly sorted. The bread service wasn't running (due to Covid restrictions) but as we had a car running to the supermarket in the morning to collect rolls wasn't an issue, walking would have been more of an issue.

Good facilities. Clean. But not what it seems from the picture.

The apartment was very clean. The facilities of the kitchen were great and we had everything we needed.

The pictures in booking present a house that is placed between woods and give the impression its isolate, which in fact is not at all. Moreover the view that was shown in the pictures is not the view at all. The bed mattress felt like it has been used a lot before us and was so soft that we were sinking in it. The main thing is that the pictures give a wrong impression from the house and we were expecting other things that we got.

We had a great time there

Big apartment, 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, walking distance from the village. We had a great time there!

The kitchen is not super equipped, but you find the basics. e.g. we had no potato peeler, salt, pepper The garden is going very steap down to the river, you do not want your kids to play there a lot, but there is a very big common terasse for all the guests. You can not make the rooms completely dark, for lightsleepers or for kids not the best, but you survive. :)

De huisbewaarder die beneden woont rookt met zijn deur open waardoor er in heel de gang een rookgeur hangt.

We hadden het met twee gezinnen voortreffelijk naar ons zin!

Prima locatie - redelijk rustig (tamelijk drukke nationale weg is wel waarneembaar) - goede privacy - keukeninrichting voldoende.

Tegenvallen is teveel gezegd - maar die drukke weg (weliswaar op wat afstand) merk je soms wel....
