An amazing home far away from home!

An amazing home far away from home! We had fantastic time in this spectacular, warm and welcoming apartment. Very clean with all the facilities needed for a successful family vacation. Very convenient location. And above all, Marianne is SO nice! She was available for any questions, and always with a big smile. Our kids loved the addition of the play- room nearby. We highly recommend these apartments and will definitely return.

A very good place for a ski holiday

All very good, the apartment is large, comfortable, and well equipped (includes even a coffee machine with coffee beans). A very nice host. They offer a "bread service" - you can order bread/bakery items (croissant, semmel) and they would deliver it every morning to your apartment. It is close to a ski bus stop (about 100 m walk), the ski bus takes you either to Grafenberg (Wagrain ski area) or Flachau. Enough space for parking your car. There is even a kids' playroom in the house!

Great place, super helpful and friendly hosts. Great location, close to ski bus but at the same time quiet and peaceful. Large spacious flat, clean, well-equipped kitchen. Own garden with lovely views. The playroom delighted our three daughters and gave us a breather after a day of skiing. Many thanks, we would love to visit again.

The garden and the amazing playing-room was more then appreciated by our 3 years old daughter. It’s been a long time since we stayed in such exceptionally clean and well-organised place with attention to every detail, and with such friendly, helpful, and professional host.

Exceptional

We enjoyed our stay at Appartement Fritzenwallner very much! The apartment is big and comfortable, very well equipped, great for kids as it has many outdoor and indoor kids games and facilities (playground, trampoline, rabbits, indoor playing room...). The hosts were super nice and helpful. The location near Wagrain is very good and close to all the mountains attractions. We highly recommend, especially for families with children!

It could be nice to have some basic groceries in the kitchen for the beginning (coffee, tee, milk, oil, etc.). Other than that, everything was great!

I přes mírné nedokonalosti ubytování bylo skvělé a všem jej doporučuji.

Rychlé předání klíčů a základních instrukcí, kam si dát lyže, lyžáky či objednat pečivo. Absence check-outu. Bezproblémové parkování přímo před domem (při příjezdu se vešlo před dům 5 aut). Prostorná lednice, vybavená kuchyně včetně myčky a kávovaru. Smart TV s možností Netflixu či Youtube. Rychlá wifi. Možnost vzít si lyže a lyžáky do bytu, nelze však v lyžákách chodit po domě.

Lyžárna je v suterénu, je třeba lyže nosit do a ze schodů. Lze si je však nechat v garáži v přízemí. Pokud plánujete využívat skibus, myslete na to, že dům je v mírném kopci, cca 3 - 5 minut chůze. Vedle postele chybí zásuvky pro nabíjení telefonů, vhodné by bylo umístit USB porty do lampiček. Auto bylo po pěti dnech stání před domem velice špinavé, nejspíše nečistoty z okolních statků či projiždějících vozů.
