Struttura carina tipica stile austriaco. Abbiamo fatto il check-in già predisposto dallo staff ci hanno lasciato le chiavi presso un altro albergo tutto è andato bene. La cucina è ben allestita, provvista anche di lavastoviglie.

Sehr netter Empfang; waren nur zur Zwischenübernachtung da, daher kann ich zur Ausstattung nicht viel sagen. Alles war sauber. Schöne Lage. Manche Kritik an sprachlichen Problemen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen ebenso wie die Nähe zum Parkplatz.

Das einzige was ich wirklich bemängeln muss, war die Hellhörigkeit. Eine Gruppe anderer Bewohner hat so überhaupt keine Rücksicht auf andere Gäste genommen, durch die Hellhörigkeit hatte ich leider permanent das Gefühl, sie neben dem Bett stehen zu haben.

This property is particularly well suited for ski travelers. It features two separate bedrooms along with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, providing plenty of space and convenience for families or groups. The price was also very reasonable, offering somewhat value for money.

The check-in experience was extremely frustrating and unfortunately became the worst part of our stay. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception, no clear contact person available, and our messages went unanswered. There were no helpful instructions, and we eventually had to figure out on our own that the apartment keys needed to be collected from another hotel reception approximately 200 meters away. Without internet access, it would have been nearly impossible to find the correct location. We were left standing on the street with our children for over an hour trying to locate the keys and understand where to go. The host did not respond during this time, which made the situation even more stressful. After finally obtaining the keys, finding the apartment itself was another challenge. Only after using Google Translate on a notice at the reception did we discover that the apartment was located behind the building. Once there, we spent additional time searching for Apartment C. We could easily find Apartments A, B, D, and E, but there was no sign for Apartment C. Eventually, we discovered that it was located on the third floor at the end of a spiral staircase, with little to no signage to guide us. Carrying our luggage all the way up the stairs after such a difficult check-in process was exhausting. Overall, the lack of clear instructions, poor communication, and the difficulty in locating both the keys and the apartment made this a very stressful experience. Also there were no showergel or handwash at bathrooms. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not choose to stay here again.
