The perfect place to stay in Wagrain

Great stay! New and fresh apartemens. We stayed in a small studio which is compact but perfect for 2-3 people. Small kitchen that we used for breakfast and where we cooked dinner 2 nights. Super nice SPA area with saunas and a heated outdoor pool. Very well maintained common area that was frequently used by our teenager to get away from his parents. A few minutes walk to the Mozart lift and the skibus to Grafenberg is just around the church. Thomas is the perfect host. Always welcoming and in a good mood. We will definitely come back!

Location and wellness area, use of free sledges, rooms spacious and very clean. Hosts friendly and always on hand when needed.

Large rooms when compared to other similar venues. Sauna is top-notch and professional. Host shows pride in keeping the sauna at true wellness level. Cleaned daily it seems; weekly clean on saturdays.

For the price, and out of season, I would expect way more...

- Check out time at 9am. - No soap in the room - Not paper or anything to sign "do not disturb" - Swimming pool in the summer only open from 2PM

Thomas and Maria manage the apartments to perfection, they did everything possible to delight the guests. Super location, clean apartments, great facilities for kids. We loved our stay and definitely will come back again.

Simply perfect

We loved our stay completely... the most happy person was our son, the playground and the playroom together with the pool were perfect, everything you can wish for. The location is great, peaceful, everything is cosy, clean, comfortable, and the host makes you feel relaxed immediately. We loved the app, for information and communication, fresh bakery order, really helpful... wellness area is divine. Would come back anytime in a heartbeat.

A hairdryer would be nice and sometimes the sound of the church bells is a lot, but nothing that really bothers you.

The apartment was amazing, very spacious and well equipped. Thomas the host was very responsive and welcoming.

The apartment is located near a church where you might get used to but there is a bell happening every hour or so.

Thomas the host was very kind and welcoming. Rooms were great and clean upon arrival . Great facilities, great location. We stayed the entire family in one big apartment and it was very comfortable .

Washing machine and dryer were a little bit expensive in my opinion (7 euro per machine). Machine only accepts 1 euro coins and no changing machine was there so you depend on the host to be there for change or else you can't do laundry . We stayed for a week and only got our towels changed once, would be nice if floor was washed or sheets were replaced.

The apartment was very clean and furnishing was of high standards

The apartment was small, the kids slept in the kitchen area and it was not spacious. In addition, the property charges very high extra costs of taxes and cleaning services . They also sent us an email during our stay ( 2 days after our arrival) that they checked our reservation and since we made a mistake with our children’s ages we need to pay more for 2 kids. This should have been sent to us before our arrival and not during our stay. We ended up paying an additional 680 Euro!! 360 Euro for the children , 120 Euro for cleaning!!! And the rest for taxes.

Easy, comfortable and pleasant communication with the owner, fast check-in/check-out, amazing view from both sides, very clean, with good sound insulation, warm, bright, new, modern appartments, fully equipments kitchen with quality cookwares, technics Miele. There is a change of towels every three days. Free parking, wi-fi, good location: close to the ski lift Flying Mozart (about 5 min by step on a horizontal road). Great free saunas and the cool kids zone on the ground floor, free 3 hours in day for swimming nt the swimming pool Wasserwelt (2 min by foot). Close to the supermarket and bus stop. Great option with the delivery in the morning fresh bread from Bakery. Also central location for trip in others ski resorts in Ski Amade and others. Outside kids zone looks very attractive. From our apartment we can saw the end of the piste and ski lift, our child was very happy to see in the evenings piste machines on the piste. Yes, the church is close, but it doesn't disturb. Dear Thomas and Maria, thanks a lot!

Geweldig

Het hotel is op loopafstand van de skilift. De appartementen zijn erg ruim en we kregen nog gratis een upgrade. De gastheer reageert snel en denkt mee bij alle vragen. Het zwembad en de sauna zijn een fijne toevoeging. Zeker met kinderen de moeite waard gezien alle faciliteiten.

Toller Gastgeber & schöne Schitage in Wagrain

Thomas, der Herr des Hauses ist immer mit Rat & Tat verfügbar. Sehr unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe gab es 2 Bierchen & einen Sekt. Zum Geburtstag gab’s aufgrund des Meldezettels überraschend eine Flasche Wein persönlich übergeben. Großes Dankeschön an die Gastgeber, speziell Thomas für deren Gastfreundschaft. Meine Kids haben das Outdoor Pool & den SPA Bereich sehr genossen
