The property was well looked after. The shower was excellent. Location was great. Every one was friendly and any questions were resolved quickly. Fantastic bird watching location. Nice and quiet.
Not having standard TV was a problem. We don’t have subscriptions we use. It would have been great to have a toaster.

Good location and friendly
One of the bedroom pillows had quite a dirty mark (almost like a foot print) on both sides. Other than that all was good.

Great location and nice apartment. Wonderful sun deck to just sit and watch life go by on the river. Perfect for exploring Rye and surrounding areas. Bonus of having free parking.
Some facilities need updating - oven and ignition light for gas hob not working. Shower head doesn't stay in bracket.

The location was great. Lovely to be by the river and easy walk into town.
The shower didn't stay up on it's bracket. There were no recycling bins on site.
