Quiet location, very comfortable. Everything in easy reach. Welcome folder packed with information, from local restaurants, places to visit to what to do with rubbish and use heating etc. Nice complimentary tea/coffe/milk, biscuits and local crisps. Loved the view, could see all the way down into Rye.
Lock box for keys was a bit fiddly - but that's the only fault I can find :)

Everything was beautiful and clean. It was tastefully decorated and the location was ideal for convenience and for a nice walk with a fabulous view down into the lovely town.
I found the bed quite soft, I always like a firm bed so it’s just personal preference

Easily accessed, back from the road location, heating system easy to work and worked v well, clean, smart accommodation, loads of hot water available, 13 mins walk into town. Spacious. Comfy bed. Bright, airy feel. As a single female traveller I felt safe in this accommodation.
