Die Lage war unbeschreiblich toll. Die Aussicht sensationel. Man konnte Ebbe und Flut im Hafen mit all den kleinen Booten beobachten. Die Aussicht vom Bett aus und vom Eckfenster war genial. Man ist mitten in St.Ives und in der Nacht war es ausser den Möven sehr ruhig.
Man musste immer an den stinkenden Fischabfällen die steile Treppe hoch, wovon man aber oben nichts mehr gerochen hat.

Amazing flat stayed a few times before here..The view is just awesome and hearing the sea at night is bliss ..Everything you need very clean and comfortable beds ..And comes with private parking in permit car park which takes the stress away trying to park as St.Ives is so busy now ...Highly recomned to stay here perfect location.

Can’t beat the location, the property was lovely and the staff provided me everything I asked for.
No complaints in fact I’ve read the previous reviews and the stairs are not nearly as bad as were mentioned, just understand you are on the 2nd floor so if 2 sets of stairs is difficult please take that into consideration.

The views and facilities were lovely. It was clean and had everything we needed.
The stairs up to top floor were slightly treacherous in the rain.
