Ideal whether you like people watching as the busy wharf bustles with holiday makers or if you just want to admire the sweep of St Ives Bay and the golden, sandy beaches then this is a great destination for a couples retreat. This prime location means that all St Ives has to offer in the way of restaurants, bars, golden, sandy beaches and art galleries are literally just minutes away on foot. Perfect for a romantic getaway in the very heart of the town.

Living/Kitchen/Dining Area: Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV, books and games, Smart TV, dining table and chairs, window seat and sea views.
Bedroom: Double bed (4'6"), bedside tables, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and lovely sea views.
Shower Room: Walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC.
Dressing Room/Study: Open wardrobe and sofa.

OUTSIDE & PARKING: No outside space as property is located right on the harbour front, great for a morning dip in the ocean. No parking provided but public parking available at The Island car park.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
