About this cottage rental
This cosy cottage retains much of its original character. Situated in a pedestrian lane off the Wharf, the property is within a few yards of the Harbour and shops and within easy walking distance of all beaches and amenities.
7 steps into Lounge/Dining area overlooking car park with Smart TV with built in DVD player, CD player, Hi-Fi with iPod docking station and electric coal effect fire. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washer drier. Open tread stairs (may not be suitable for very young children) to Bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed. Bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds and sea glimpses down the lane.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 dog accepted all year round, £25 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot, highchair and stairgate provided, please bring your own cot linen.
