The location. The surroundings. Well equipped.
Some of the cooking bowls had not been cleaned by previous tenants.

Lots of space, plenty of equipment, comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water, towels and clean linen. Liked the downstairs facilities for older and less able quests.
Would have like tv in bedrooms.
