The kitchen/diner houses an electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating, a utility with washing machine, a sitting room with open fire and TV. The bedrooms include a double with en-suite bathroom, a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. To the outside is an enclosed garden and courtyard, bike shed and off-road parking for 2 cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. One dog is welcome however smoking is not allowed. Within 2.3 miles there is a shop and within 0.1 miles there is a pub. Compass Cottage is a wonderful retreat for accessing the Norfolk coast. Note: Property close to a main road, some noise may be heard. Note: The steps on the staircase are narrow, please take care. Note: Friday arrivals only, please. Note: No hen, stag or similar parties.
