Convenient , near to everything. The staffs were really helpful and friendly. I was there for one night just for me to sleep because I have an event that night, and I checked out early. Everything was great and clean

I don’t like the pillow it’s too soft for me, I think might need to check the bed frame . At night I can hear some sounds could be wood eating bugs I don’t know I’m not sure but I think it’s better to have it checked. But that’s all

The property it close to the towers with restaurants close by . 2 train stations 5 minute walk which is great to getting around

Great location & city views. Bed is big and comfy. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool/gym as our flight was delayed and we only spent 10 hours there.

This is more like an apartment complex, so don’t expect typical hotel services. They will not hold your bags as the lobby/registration desk. Most importantly, the shower did not work! After a long day of travel and with another long day of travel planned the next day, this is a critical element we desired and was missing. My partner and I spent an hour attempting everything possible to get it to work. We messaged the property and they did not respond nor acknowledge the problem later…the only response I received was “settle ✅”. Nothing was offered to compensate for the trouble. Maybe it was user error and we weren’t turning the right knob, but we truly tried everything so I believe it’s the shower that doesn’t operate. With how many instructions are provided about what not to do/rules of the property, the least they could do is provide a little instruction on how to use the shower and other amenities for foreigners traveling to the country (considering KL is a very international city). I hope this is fixed for the next guest.
