The price and the location of the property is great.

Cleaning stuff on some occasions over charge on minor cleaning items when dirty. We on one occasion got charged 100 because of a little spot on a bed sheet and that was not a fair price.

Ease of check in.. Response from administration quick. All communication on WhatsApp

Wasn't the cleanest apartment. Towels were old and worn. Leaky shower which wet the whole toilet and bathroom. They offered to fix however. .

The location

My room 13 at level 17 was very dark at day you need to turn on the lights all the day, even if there is a balcony but sun light doesn’t come because of the other building which is very close to my stay building so it blocks the sun light. The check in was very very slow it took like 30min and the young lady was not very friendly. The check out was very quick and smooth and the lady was very professional and friendly

Great location & city views. Bed is big and comfy. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool/gym as our flight was delayed and we only spent 10 hours there.

This is more like an apartment complex, so don’t expect typical hotel services. They will not hold your bags as the lobby/registration desk. Most importantly, the shower did not work! After a long day of travel and with another long day of travel planned the next day, this is a critical element we desired and was missing. My partner and I spent an hour attempting everything possible to get it to work. We messaged the property and they did not respond nor acknowledge the problem later…the only response I received was “settle ✅”. Nothing was offered to compensate for the trouble. Maybe it was user error and we weren’t turning the right knob, but we truly tried everything so I believe it’s the shower that doesn’t operate. With how many instructions are provided about what not to do/rules of the property, the least they could do is provide a little instruction on how to use the shower and other amenities for foreigners traveling to the country (considering KL is a very international city). I hope this is fixed for the next guest.
